Hello! Im in my sixth year of Medical School in Chile (5 years of “undergrad” and 2 years of clinical practice), married to an American citizen, fluent in English and have an italian passport too. I graduate December of next year and my plan was doing the MIR in Spain and doing my specialty there however for different reasons the USA is back on the table. I have some questions: How long do you recommend to study for Step 1, Step 2 and OET? Do you recommend just studying or is it possible to work as a doctor in my country and study? Which classes or preparation material would you recommend? I’ve seen FirstAid, UWorld, Pathoma, Boards and Beyond, Amboss and NBME’s recommended. Would it be enough with some of those or is taking a course to prepare suggested? *also how far ahead should you prepare for STEP3?

I have a dlc on steam which is causing me to not be able to play r6..ubisoft has asked for reciepts for that and different games that i have purchased on steam and only transferred those over instead of the dlc, support staff is a complete joke. has anybody had this issue before?

Hi all I run a restoration/construction company. I have a guy who works for me. I pay him weekly, but he’s considering himself as an independent contractor. He’s planning on opening up his own LLC but he doesn’t have one yet. So right now he’s just kinda working for me as we go. He hasn’t signed anything legal aside from a w9 for taxes. I’m concerned that if he gets injured on the job, he can come after me legally. Or if god forbid, he does, his family will come after me… how can I protect myself? Should I have him sign some type of legal document?? I’m a new business owner and don’t know much about this stuff.

Hello, I had an item that was supposed to be delivered Tuesday and it said it was out for delivery and there was even tracking map but the driver never turned up.
It got pushed to yesterday along with 2 other parcels, it’s just three books I’ve ordered and again it said it was out for delivery and nothing turned up.
I live in a really easy place to get to, and I’m pretty sure I saw the driver pull up as my window looks out on the carpark
I don’t know if this person is just really slow and they’ve ran out of time two days in a row or they can’t be bothered
It’s now saying it’s going to be delivered tomorrow all three of my books but who’s to say the driver isn’t going to do the same thing and it be delayed again.
Where I live our neighbours did have to report a driver before because he wasn’t doing his job properly and would dump parcels at the bottom of the stairs to the first floor apartments where anyone can access and take it. I dread to think if it’s the same one now lol
