Hello, Hier gibt es ja auch zuletzt vermehrt Beiträge zu den miesen Latenzen der Telekom zu diversen viel genutzten Providern /CDNs etc, was nicht gerne mal auch (auf eine Webseite bezogen ) in 10-50kbyte/s und 60 Sekunden Seitenaufbau resultieren kann. Mit ua meta (FB, WhatsApp, Instagram ua) kommen ja neben cloudflare (für viele Dienste überall genutzt) ja prominente Beispiele dazu. Und wer kennt es nicht noch von früher? 5 Euro extra im Monat an hetzner überweisen damit die Telekom einen auch nicht über eine Brieftaube anbindet? War im Gameserver segment damals schon sehr populär. Die TK selbst hat schon einige Prozesse verloren weil sie ihren eigenen Dienst priosieieren wollte. Das ganze zieht sich wie ein Faden...
Selbst beim emailing meinen sie eine ipv4 Whitelist (weswegen die sich wohl auch nicht trauen ipv6 mal einzuführen) zu pflegen und wenn man auf sehr kurzer Zeit dort landet muss man sich freischalten lassen: das geht zwar als Orga idr schnell und gut (wollen wir Provider uns für jeden fucking Empfänger von jeder src ip nur wegen der fucking Telekom melden????) aber als Privatperson ohne Impressum und ähnliches soll das wohl schwer möglich sein oft.
Ich finde diesem pseudo monopol Konzern gehört mal so langsam massiv vor den Bug geschissen! Da müsste sich doch zB petitionsmäßig zB was aufbauen lassen? Dazu würde es natürlich Leute benötigen und eben leute, die sowas auch voranbringen können (dazu zähle ich mich selbst leider nicht).
Es wird ja mal zeit, dass wir mal endlich wirksam netzneutrale Provider mit mehr Qualität einfordern und so das Land auch digital weiter voranbringen und nicht durch solche Leichen wie die Telekom alle ausgebremst und erpresst werden

I have been going through a breakup for about almost 5 months now. For the first couple of months we were still talking and being friendly and I would be there for her. Eventually I decided I could not do that because she ended things with me when the problems were fixable. Since then it has been hell. The past 3 months have been some of the most challenging of my life.
I do not know how to move forward. I do yoga, journal, run, and have been eating healthier. I need to watch my drinking and stop again (I stopped the first month of the breakup because I needed to sit with my feelings and process stuff). I know that the only way to come out of this is to process this. The good. The bad. The ugly.
The thing is though, I’ve never been messed up this bad by a breakup before in my life. I’m 31 and I’ve had a couple serious relationships. Sure they hurt, but this was has completely broken me as a person. I have zero confidence. My self worth is absolutely shot. I don’t believe in myself (I started a new job 2 months ago and it’s been incredibly tough to be myself).
And the more I talk with my therapist every week, I realize that I think this is because this relationship was so tied to what I’ve been going through the past couple years. A couple years ago I was diagnosed with a medical problem that changed my life and destroyed my confidence and made me question who I was as a person.
I’ve worked so hard to get back to being good and who I want to be as a person. When I got into this relationship, I felt hope again. I felt like there was a chance at a real future.
And then the rug was pulled from underneath my feet. Sure there was stuff I could have done better, but I’ve worked so hard to be a better partner and more attentive and listening. I’ve never been more honest and vulnerable with someone.
So I kind of just realized that this breakup has brought back all of that trauma from when I got diagnosed. I don’t blame her or hate her because she had to do what she had to do. But the reality is that her breaking up with my has brought back so many old, intense feelings of worthlessness. Of shame. Of failure. Of being a shit person.
Sorry for the rant, but It just clicked the other day in therapy that this is the reason I’m feeling as broken as I am. Has anyone else gone through something similar?
