I've gotten to the point where every encounter I find is vastly stonger than me (L10).
Ifan: Phys/Mag = 113/98 with Tyrant's Armor
Red Prince: Phys/Mag = 115/57
Lohse: Phy/Mag = 54/162
Sebille: Phy/Mag - 54/157 with Captian's armor
Encounters I can't beat: Heroes Rest, Alice Alisceon, Spider in Ryker's Rest, Adres the dog, etc.
Have I missed something along the way? Seems like my armor should be stronger by this point. Maybe just me not knowing how to do combat well.

On the white sheet that carriers use, are the supervisors suppose to write the overtime hours in the overtime column?
I work 70 + hours a week so I am always hourly. It's always like that at my office.
My fellow RCA is much faster than me, and can help assist on other routes when he's done - he always gets that assisted time written down and put in the overtime column....
But after 12 hours it is overtime as well.
Is this correct? Have we been getting OT?

I have a GE76 Raider 11UH and the monitor has some issues (stuck pixel, marks on the screen, etc.), so I bought a new one from Amazon. I've watched videos of the screen replacement and it looks like the front bezel that goes over the screen is just stuck on. Can that piece be re-used or do I need to obtain a new one? Normally I'd just buy one and be done with it, but that thin flimsy piece of plastic costs more than the screen does.

Hello,
I currently own a Trade Republic account and honestly while I never had any issues with them, I was looking to change as my portfolio grows bigger over time in 10/20/30 years.
I have an empty IBKR account, the interface is a bit old but to be honest I can deal with that. From what I read I would pay around 2-5 euros of fees per month since I invest monthly into the same two ETFs.
With Trade Republic it is free, I heard it's the same with T212.
I heard IBKR is the best and the most serious, T212 is not bad either but I didn't read any feedback from people with large portfolios on Trade Republic.
If you guys have any feedback for me i'll greatly appreciate it, thanks!

Happy Thanksgiving! I have epilepsy. So it is not safe for me to drive as I could get myself or others killed if I were to seize up on the road. So you can imagine why I am furious to see state Republicans favoring legislation that could favor drivers over those who rely on public transit.
Alternatively, if there's legislation that favors public transit, I will deliver a passionate speech as to how it will positively affect my life.

I apologize for the question but would appreciate the help. My girlfriend is suffering from severe constipation and I'm looking for ideas before she ends up in the hospital again. She is currently eating 10 probiotic prunes a day along with a bunch of fiber gummies. She is also taking 6 Colon Cleanse and 2 Sennokot daily with as much water as she can stomach and still only manages a few hard pebbles a day. Does anyone have any ideas?
