So I have a gluten free cherry pie recipe I have used for years, but normally not make it at thanksgiving so I often forget things in between :)
The recipe says you can cook the filling in advance and keep it in the fridge up to a couple days which I did this time. My question is: How much do I need to adjust the bake time if I fill the pie with cold filling instead of making it immediately with the hot filling? GF crust is so hard to see when it's done since it doesn't brown the same so I want to prepare a little.
Also, so ya'll see better results with gf crusts for cold vs hot filling?

I have a PC with the following specs:
GPU - GTX 1080 TI CPU - Ryzen 5 3600 RAM - 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 Motherboard - Asrock B450m Pro4 PSU - Antec Neoeco NE700G 700W
I’ve been wanting to upgrade to an RTX card and a faster CPU, as currently I find my PS5 preferable to my PC. Would I be better off just swapping the CPU and GPU or starting over? At that point I could sell my old PC and get an AM5 chip with DDR5 Ram, but I’m not sure how necessary that is.
What would you do on a roughly $1000 budget? Willing to push the budget a bit if it’ll last me a longer time.
