For holiday pay you have to work the shift before and the shift after that you are scheduled in order to get it right? A coworker and I switched a couple shifts so in the computer it says I missed a shift because it wasn’t changed. Will that mess up my pay? Can a manager fix this?

So, Endless is here, and the consensus ranges from "it's amazing" to "how did they even design this?"
It was no shock that the response to the endless mode was going to be polarizing, as it is a mode that pushes Roboquest and the player to the max potential and then some. However, I'm seeing a lot of people criticize endless from many interesting angles, and as someone who loves endless in its current state minus very few minimal changes, I'd like to try to help people who struggle with it and don't like it understand it better, as well as try to understand why some people want things removed or changed about it that in my opinion make it as enjoyable as it is (things like picking singularities and such.)
Would people be interested in me making guides, build vids, and just general tips for endless? It does play much different than the normal run but after playing it a lot I haven't touched a normal run in forever and have 0 desire to. I want to find some common ground to help players that don't like it, without ruining the experience for players like me who are excited that something difficult has finally hit Roboquest.

 | Version 2 is finally out! I’ve gotten 44 characters from the games, 41 characters from any other Sonic media, and 3 guests! I made sure to be fair and impartial, including all the biggest icons and heavy hitters throughout the franchise, along with some worthy deep cuts. Whether from shows, games, comics, movies, or the fan community, I think I’ve got all bases covered! Lilac and Spark are guests here because they both take heavy inspiration from the Blue Blur, and Mario is arguably the one non-Sonic character that matters the most to Sonic’s legacy. Some excluded characters (along with my reasoning for excluding them): ->Sonic.EXE: While the EXE community deserves to be noticed, I find the likes of Lord X and Fatal Error more interesting and full of personality and potential. ->Honey the Cat: I know she’s a hit, but I’ve already got plenty of STF representation with Bean and Bark. ->Kitsunami the Fennec: It’s weird seeing Surge without him, I get it. But both Marine and Chaos cover hydrokinesis pretty well already. ->Sonichu: No. Take a wild guess why. ->Classic Sonic: Using classic movements in regular Sonic’s attacks is a good compromise. Plus, I already have Mighty, Ray and Trip to cover Classic Era stuff. ->Nicole the Holo-Lynx: She’s part of Sally’s abilities, like a JoJo’s Stand. ->Seelkadoom: I have enough hedgehog OCs as is. The only reason Blade is here is cuz he has a sword. ->Orbot & Cubot: I love them, but I can’t see them actually scrapping. They’d be the announcers or the shopkeepers for the game. ->Eggman Nega: He’d be the real main villain behind this multidimensional shit. Per second/Wave vs Per cast/Blast spells Both on rank 3, base mana cost (without factoring in Elementalism skill that reduces mana costs of spells).
Which has higher DPS? (more like Damage per 5 seconds, too lazy to do the math to calculate real DPS because of startup time) Does a Wave spell have better mana efficiency when dealing the same amount of damage as a Blast spell?
Let's use the values in the Enderal SureAI Wiki in our calculations.
Damage Per 5 Seconds:
Blazing Spark III does 41 damage. Grounding III does 17 damage per second.
Given that a Blast spell like Blazing Spark has a startup time of ~1.2 seconds, and a Wave spell like Grounding has a startup time of ~0.6 seconds:
Blazing Spark will deal 164 damage in 5 seconds (can only be cast ~4 times within 5 seconds so 41*4). While Grounding will deal 74.8 damage in 5 seconds (17*4.4 | 4.4 = 5 secs - 0.6 startup).
Mana Efficiency:
Blazing Spark III has a base mana cost of 46. To deal 164 damage, you will need to spend 184 mana (46*4). Grounding III has a base mana cost of 26 per second. To deal ~164 damage, you will need to cast the spell for ~11 seconds (166.6 damage) which will cost you a total of 286 mana.
Conclusion: Blast spells have significantly higher damage per 5 seconds, higher mana efficiency, and lower time to kill. Math says you should always use blast spells unless you have dogshit aim that you can't hit a single shot. If you can hit your blast spells accurately, then there is absolutely no reason to use wave spells... unless you're roleplaying as Emperor Palpatine, Frozone, or a Dragon Ball character.

This is my first post here and my first time being a DM so forgive any mistakes I make
So I had this idea for a character that would be a dragon that had turned into a human and is now stuck in that human form. But the they have no memory of them being a dragon and they would travel with the party unintentionally showing little hints that they are a dragon in disguise.
In my campaign I have a dragon cult situation on one of the two continents in my world and I was thinking on the other continent they find this dragon stuck in a human body. And to make it more interesting they could have the same name of the deity the cult is worshipping but spun a little different
And I was thinking the best class fit for this character would be a warlock that uses more draconic spells but I don't have much experience in dnd so there is probably a better fit.
But I would like some feedback on some ways to incorporate this or even other classes this character could take.

So many of UFO sightings are described as a small to sedan-sized orb of varying colors. Often times they are super bright so that they obscure the outline of the object itself. It may very well be that many of these UFO's are spherical objects but, are there drones available that, without custom modification, can light up all around with a bright white light or other colors? I'd like to know that as a baseline when considering the recent proliferation of orb sightings.
