2024.11.29 00:40 Ok_Collection_1424 Advice on asking my neighbor if they are okay with me putting a privacy fence
I have situation where my neighbors dog is an a** to my 10 month puppy. Neighbor dog has made it a mission to get my puppy angry when both of them are outside. It doesn’t help that neighbors kids and wife has seen issue and ignores their dogs behaviors. Sometime they even see my dog in my yard and will let their dog out and their dog rushes to bark at my dog and even try to bite him(we have a wired fence) through the fence. Some days is better than others. His dog bite our previous dog during the pandemic and we told him about it he did keep a better eye on his dog but it only lasted for a short time. My two question are how do I ask him if it’s okay to put a privacy fence without offending them and what can I do to get my dog to not be reactive to the other dogs reactivity? Thank you in advance

2024.11.29 00:40 lonelytrucker86 Rules question: Dual Wielding + Nick + Hunter's Mark property
The character is a level 5 ranger. She has the Dual Wielder and Two-Weapon Fighting feats. She has a scimitar (which has the Nick property) in her main hand and a Rapier in her office hand. Due to the Nick property, she can attack with both weapons on her attack action. My ruling, according to my interpretation of the 5.5 RAW, is that she can make two attacks with the scimitar, and one attack with the rapier, all with one action (not expending a bonus action). Further, if all 3 hit, she can roll Hunter's Mark damage on all 3 hits.
My rules lawyer thinks it should be 2 attacks with each weapon, with HM applying to all 4.
Thoughts?
