Hello! Iāve been suffering with rocd for almost 2 years now. The first year it was unbearable and looking back now I know it was ocd because I had extreme anxiety almost everyday, compulsions (Reddit, Googling, confessing etc). The last year, especially last 3 months, the thought that my ocd is about (Iām not sexually attracted to my bf) isnāt as intense as it was, Iām fully fictional now but it still exists in the back of my head and makes me anxious subconsciously, and it affects me so much. I have no libido for 3 months now (Iām in general more low libido person and weāre in a long term relationship) but the thought always adds to that and it makes it even worse.
I donāt have compulsions anymore, actually I havenāt posted here in a very long time but I thought I needed some insight because it doesnāt feel like itās ocd anymore (plus my thought isnāt that irrational, I have proof, my mind always has proof). Also the fact that itās been my only thought that persisted for 2 years means that itās real and it makes me anxious because itās trueā¦
It doesnāt feel like your normal ocd, obsessive thought and itās scaring me. Also I feel like Iāve turned myself into a sex reverse by being so anxious subconsciously about this whole thing. I remember a few months ago my thoughts suddenly disappeared and I would enjoy sex and intimacy so much more without thinking, but now I canāt get these thoughts out of my head and tbh it doesnāt feel like ocd because Iāve been there and the thoughts are more manageable, and thatās the hard part because what if itās the real thought now?
Any thoughts?

Just wanted to preface my newborn is 4 weeks old. I understand there's no routine or schedule. But I honestly don't know what she wants or needs. The only thing I can do right is feed her within 2 or 3 hours of her last feed. Sometimes she goes down for a nap right away, sometimes she is awake for 3 hours straight during the day. She wakes up from her bassinet naps gassy screaming in pain. Don't get me started on wake windows, sometimes I put her down for a nap before the 45 to 60 min and she won't sleep. I don't know what I am doing most of the time and it's hard.
