Hi!
I am working in a gaming company, but one of my cousins asked me for tips; he is pursuing a btech (CSE) from KIIT University, and he is in 1st year. As my focus was always on game development, I had less idea about software dev, web dev and getting jobs.
He is specifically asked what to do to get jobs. I know it's too early. But competition and population there is too high.
So, what should i tell him to do? your suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm a relatively new creator and have been posting pretty steadily for about a week and a half. I make edits for a fandom I'm in. Half of my vids sit a little over 1k while the other is around 500 or so.
I just posted a vid an hour ago but it's gotten zero engagement (zero views) and I can't find it in search, but the link to it works and it can be found on my profile.
My other videos were getting views within about fifteen minutes.
Is there something going on with TikTok right now? Do I just need to wait a little more? Again, I'm relatively new to posting on TT so I'm not sure how the algorithm and everything works.

I love fanfics, comics and Fanart. But I just want something that I can interact with, like a game, maybe a fanmade one? the closest thing that I can think of for interactivity is using CharacterAI but you just don't enjoy that so much
