2024.11.30 01:50 pramodhrachuri Got S10+. A bit underwhelming. Proceed with an exchange or return?
I have been using my S7+ tab for ~3 years now.
I got my new S10+ today. Great screen and feels light. After the setup, everything felt at home. But here starts the concern.
I see very little difference between S7+ and S10+. They are very similar in usage. My main motivation was that S7+ has stopped receiving updates. I am not thinking as "Samsung has stopped innovating" but rather as "S7+ is built like a tank and maintained for a long time".
I tried to get a replacement for the new tab because of a problem with the sealing, but customer care offered a bit more discount ($42) to keep the tab. With all the discounts combined (Student, S7+ trade-in, Black Friday, Rakuten, Unglued Seal), I am spending ~$350 to upgrade from S7+ to S10+. Now, I can either proceed with the exchange or return the S10+. If I am returning, I will upgrade next year (Tab S11+?).
Also, I am heading on a 10-day trip in 12 hours. I need to decide quickly whether to take the S10+ or the S7+ on the trip. Any suggestions? Please comment.

When I started getting into KPop it was right after Wanna One started and I remember Daniel Kang being everywhere. Every possible variety show had him, he was being randomly mentioned in KDramas, campaigns and all. He was booked and busy. Ofc it was time of BTS, Blackpink, Twice, Exo ( here it was Baekhyun also getting a lot of attention) but they were more treated as teams not trying to push one member into front.

 | January 23, 2020. The band presented three new songs via a paid live streaming show: Heroes, Hands Up and Lover Stay Wild. From Italy, I woke up at 3:00 in the morning due to the time difference to attend the show. In the following 48 hours, the images or videos of the band prior to this date were deleted/archived from the Instagram profile. Since then, it was no longer possible to see old images or content of the band, or for those who were new to it, to know its evolution. The choice to delete the past was never shared by me. When I realized it, I was very disappointed, because there were beautiful photos and content. Some content was restored over time, but not much. It must be said that that was a period in which actors (like Blake Lively for the film: A Simple Favor) or other musicians archived old things or put their profile on stand-by to capture more attention on new works coming out, as if it were a trend of the moment. Hello All,
I have an attic that has our gas lines in it. They are covered by blow in cellulose insulation.
We recently had the house air sealed and we need to have some additional work done in the attic. I realized that it might be a good idea to have a natural gas detector up in the attic but our area gets quite cold in the winter (into the teens at night, we live in Ohio).
I might be completely overthinking this, but I am concerned we won’t be able to smell a gas leak and it will accumulate and cause an explosion in the attic. I am especially concerned as we will be having work done up there soon and while I know where the lines are for the most part and can alert the contractor, there is no guarantee there won’t be a leak after they are done or even before that.
Am I overthinking this by a lot or is there something out there that we can buy?

Last night, I had this strange dream that I was running a race on a giant treadmill in the middle of the ocean. The sky kept changing colors—red, green, purple—and every time it did, the treadmill got faster. At one point, dolphins were swimming alongside me, cheering me on (yes, cheering). Then, just as I was about to reach the “finish line,” which was somehow floating in the air, I tripped and fell… but instead of hitting the treadmill, I started floating in the sky.
It wasn’t scary, but it felt so vivid and random. Does anyone know what something like this might mean? Is it just my brain being creative, or could it symbolize something deeper?
Curious to hear your thoughts or similar experiences!
