We have a couple of really big games coming up in about 5 days, and just started to get sick today. I really need to be able to play for the games, but probably not in my current state. Is there anything that I can do besides sleeping well and eating/drinking enough? And is it okay to play? I feel pretty tired and out of breath when I run, and my nose is stuffy/runny.

I was terrified of the Michel Jackson music video for thriller I was about 4 years old so like 98'-99'. I ran behind the entertainment center to hide and accidentally knocked the tv over.
Well very shortly after my aunt started babysitting me. She used to show me the very old black and white old school monsters. She also got me into art drawing and stuff showed me some behind the scenes of how movies were made.
Eventually we watch the original night of the living dead. I wasn't scared. I don't remember a whole lot but kicked it up to vampires Fright Night was my jam. I started watching goosebumps.
My grandma found out that my aunt was desensitizing me. So she started watching horror movies and twilight zone, outer limits, tales from the crypt with me in the room.
So yeah that's how I started I became a little horror and movie fiend at like 6. I stopped being scared. I went to school wanting to talk about evil dead, house on haunted hill, final destination. The first time I saw IT I thought it was funny.

Great Day! It being Black Friday, aka the maddest shopping day of the year and the LAST place an audhd trans woman pre-hormone with an anxiety disorder would ever want to be seen (viva la medication!) Seriously though my meds helped me feel confident that i looked mostly passing, at least enough for most people to just ignore me which is cool.
The plaza i usually shop at was a madhouse. So much traffic, all trying to get out a single exit... It was a nice shopping day at kohls - got a couple bras (those i ordered to pick up, not there yet), a cuddleduds wrap, and a couple pairs of leggings. And some really pretty earrings. I had mascara on, my hair in a hairclip, so i was definitely girlmoding (except my graphic t-shirts, everything in my wardrobe is womans dept) and i was just enjoying walking around, and not feeling anxious or like people were all staring at me.
I'm feeling more and more confident that once I am on hormones, and my breasts grow in (bra-buds and a pushup bra for now lol) and the fat moves down to my hips, i'll really be passing, and i'm so excited.
I'm really thankful for this sub, and the people here telling their stories. <3
OH also, i bought Sarah McBride's book - "Tomorrow will be Differnt" I started reading the first page and almost started crying, so i bought it <3 After I read it, maybe i'll post about it :)

The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification not only covers Basic Life Support (BLS) treatments or algorithms it extends the training to allow a certificate holder to have ‘advanced’ knowledge beyond the basics of CPR. In whatever medical facility I’ve worked in I’ve had to have both the BLS and a ACLS and/or PALS. Why do you think this is? Why not have one or the other? Personally, I think it’s tied to money or not thinking fully through a policy. Curious to what you all have to say. It blows to have to keep up with multiple expiration dates and do the education and testing for half of the same material.
