Hi all -
For the past couple of months I've had redness on my nose, sometimes subtle sometimes not so subtle. Seems to be affected by product use (retinoid), thence discontinued on that area. Seen 2 derms, one prescribed hydrocortisone, the other hydrocortisone and then zoryve. seems to bring some of the redness down, but It's difficult to adhere because neither seems to be addressing the center which is scaly, kind of indent-like. Hard to describe so attaching pics. I do remember a decade ago, in my early 20s, i may have had something similar and a derm had froze it off. It did work but not sure if what I have now is the same. It gets super aggravated and scaly when I rub on it which is rare, though I did succumb to it today. Despite liking the Rudolph the reindeer look, I do want to problem solve this, affecting my quality of life and in case it's something more serious, thanks!!

I've seen definitions of lucid dreaming which is being conscious while dreaming, I think? But anyway, I would like to know what kind of dreaming I am doing. I don't necessarily know that I'm dreaming nor n I control my dreams but I feel like I'm conscious in that moment like it's happening but I can't control anything. Like I'm watching a movie and my point of view is one of the characters. It feels very vivid and when I wake up, I still remember myself in that dream. Is this just normal dreaming?

Everyting is ticking off boxes left and right, except one damn thing… sex. He’s had porn induced ED for 7 years and he’s continued to have it even after meeting and marrying me. It’s caused every issue under the sun; he’s watch porn through our whole relationship together when I’ve told him not to, even cheated /step out of our marriage due to fuelling his porn addiction (online, cyber sex cheating for 3 months). We are working on the infidelity and I’ve seen a complete turn around of bad behaviour… but the issue, the problem and the ONLY thing we argue about is SEX, and lack of sexual intimacy.
I’m someone who’s never had problems in the bedroom, I’m attractive, confident and I’ve never had any complaints. (No cocky sht) :( often I feel like I married the perfect man, but to the sacrifice of no sex life (or a shit one sided one)..
so is it enough? if he’s perfect in every other area? Or does sex actually matter (I think it does) but maybe you can convince me this marriage isn’t worth throwing away for the possibility of great sex in the future

I got luma island a couple days ago, and have been having a blast with this cosy game. The recent balancing changes however have been jarring, and it feels like now im playing the game with cheats. Its likely that not many people share this opinion with me, and thats ok. I'm curious what others think.
The health squish on the monsters was warranted as low upgrades would not be very noticeable on the whip, and now they are. However, the monsters not killing you anymore made them quite useless. There is no need anymore to time your attacks. There is no more need to run away from them. Whenever you get hit you drop some resources on the floor, that you can pick back up after killing the mob. So now it just results in me facetanking anything im fighting, holding leftclick down until it dies, and then picking up the items I dropped.
It removed something very important from the game: planning. I dont need to plan careful paths anymore in the mines so i have an escape route, and room to flee. I have no reason to upgrade my weapon anymore besides just being a little bit quickeefficient. Monsters arnt scary anymore, but a nuisance to "get over with".
I think the monster problem could have been solved in a better gameplay way instead of just straight up castrating any combat that the game had. Maybe a food item that can be crafted with pheromones that keep the spiders away for 15/30 minutes. Maybe a throwable consumable that you can craft like bombs, that will quickly deal with them. Maybe a endgame special torch that scares the monsters away.
Any solution instead of a god mode patch.

She’s admitted she’s a little hesitant to jump back into the deep end with someone new, and honestly, I can’t blame her. Whenever I try to show her affection—a hug, a kiss on the cheek, or even just holding her hand—she enjoys it but looks at me like I’m introducing her to an alien concept. (Affection? What is this sorcery?)
But hey, I believe in that cheesy mantra: if you can’t handle someone at their worst, you don’t deserve them at their best. And it’s November now—nearly a year later—and here I am still holding doors for her like I’m auditioning for a rom-com. There was even that one time we had a guitar-playing stalker serenading us until I paid him off like I was negotiating with a street busker mafia.
We laugh a lot, which is kind of the best part. But here’s the catch—I’m catching feelings again. Big ones. And while she’s got some healing to do from her past, I can’t help but wonder if I should keep pursuing this while she figures it out, or quietly bow out before I get in too deep.
