I regret to inform you the tequila trick didn’t do much for me after the Great Stuffing Mix Up of 2024. It didn’t do nothing. I do oddly think it’s less bad. However, I still have joint pain (probably a 7/10) and abdominal pain (so far genuinely only like a 5/10). I’d say what it did give me most of was time. It took about 12 hours for the more “normal” reaction to hit with the abdominal. I got joint pain about 4.5-5 hours in. No mental symptoms yet, really hoping to avoid them being with family.
My host (mother in law) was SO nice and generous, there was seriously one gluten item and I feel so bad that SHE feels so bad about the mix up. She’s always sooooo good about gluten and me and cares so much. It just shows that letting your guard down, even around people with the BEST of intentions can cause accidents.
Anyway, stay safe out there and good luck to everyone else spending this post-Thanksgiving glutened.

2024.11.30 05:23 cUmgobBler765 Why is everything so buggy after today’s content drop?
Hey all. Has anyone else noticed that sets aren’t working properly, cards are missing from your collection, and sets are showing the wrong number of collectibles for sets? I understand the multi select has been broken since launch, seriously EA it’s nearly December this shit should’ve been fixed on launch day, but sets are just completely busted right now. Certain players won’t get added to a set, and only one item is being added sometimes. Additionally, players seem to be disappearing after sending them to the collection. I pulled an 83 Fox, and he seems to have vanished from my collection. I would love to know why the game is even more broken than usual.

Hi everyone. I just want to ask if some of your cats have the same situation as my cat. Last Tuesday, November 19, my cat experienced decrease of appetite. I observed her the whole following day (Wednesday) she's still playing but not eating that much. Then Thursday came she started hiding and a little bit lethargic. The following day (Friday), we brought her to the vet. I told them that my cat growled at me when I touched the side of her mouth. The doctor checked her mouth but he didn't find anything. He asked for a blood work and still didn't find anything wrong with the results. We told him that we just adopted a second cat that maybe she's also stress causing her to eat a little. The doctor gave us Feliway, and appetite booster then sent us home.
The following day (Saturday), I gave my cat some food and when she tried to eat, she felt pain on her mouth and growled. She then ran and hide because of the pain. After that, my cat just hide and doesn't eat or drink. I gave her food by giving her mousse and I put lots of water, so it's kind of a soup. She licks a little bit of the food out of the spoon. That's the only food she ate throught the weekends. Then last Monday, we went to the vet again. I told the doctor that whenever my cat tries to eat and open her mouth , she's in pain causing her to get scared of eating. The doctor checked my cat's mouth then we saw redness on the left end side of her mouth. She gave my cat antibiotic and sent us some pain meds.
Then Tuesday and Wednesday my cat was eating and playing and is getting a little bit better. We still brought her to another vet last Thursday just to have 2nd opinion on what's wrong with her. The doctor from the new clinic just told us to continue the meds since he cannot also see anything wrong around her mouth/gums/teeth.
I just finished her last pain med Friday afternoon, but even before she finished the medicine she's back to not eating and in pain when she tries to eat. I feel so helpless and really worried since she's starting not to eat again. Can someone please tell me if you had the same problem with your babies. Someone please help me because I can't even sleep thinking of what's going on with my cat. I apologize for the long post.

I love one piece, and I think a one piece season would be great
So, for Luffy, it would be Gus. Now, hear me out. His normal attacks are gum gum pistols, then, when his bar is full, his pistol turns to gear 3. The ghost would be meat. When he uses his super hero turns into G4 and his attacks are now G4 too. Then, if he throws his super away, it's meat.
For zoro, it's Kenji(duh)( when he supers he uses ashura, and he has his bandana) For sanji, it's fang(also duh) For nami, it's amber. Her super will have Zeus on top just a bit over the screen, with a shadow of him at the bottom
For chopper, it's elprimo with his pre time skip design to match his body shape. When he supers, he transforms to jump point then jumps, transforming to mini chopper, then back to human chopper.
For brook, maybe Poco will do, with his attacks replaced with a violin and ice.
For jinbe, it would be buzz, and his super will be him aiming a water bubble, then launching a bubble then launching himself.
Ussop would be chuck, and his super is bamboo javelins as the posts(he also will be sitting on the sunny or merry, it fits both since he's a sniper.)
Franky is surge. More exactly, general Franky, with his attacks being him shooting cannon balls and his super whipping out the katana and jumping.
Franky will have a kaido hypercharge skin, with him turning into his blue dragon form(I forgor what it's called)
Rico will have a pacifista skin, the balls replaced with light balls.
The only straw hat I have trouble with is robin, so if you have any idea, Or if you have other ideas for this season's skins or specialties, tell me(maybe the capture zombie head thing can come back as loot.)

2024.11.30 05:22 SawTuner Hydrogen explosion from steel wool and vinegar. Why did this just explode?
I just mixed some 0000 steel wool with some cooking-strength vinegar to make an ebonizing solution. I combined it in a glass [drink] bottle. I noticed the vinegar was cold and I wanted to speed up the reaction. Add heat, right? I soaked the bottle in a warm water bath in my sink. After it warmed up a bit (115°F?) I removed the bottle and heard some escaping bubbles from the water-tight sealing surface of the drink bottle. I noticed it was weird it was leaking and then assumed.. ah, maybe it’s a small molecule and tried to remember my chemistry classes from years ago while I removed the lid and topped the bottle off with more acetic acid vinegar… then BOOM! A quick reddish flame popped up out of the drink bottle and a loud pop occurred. The bottle didn’t crack, but it sure got my attention. There was no (from my understanding) ignition source like an open flame or static charge… but it definitely lit off when I started pouring in more vinegar. Can you help me understand what happened?

I am in my mid 40s, divorced, single mom. I stated dating a man in his late 40s also divorced and a single dad. We met online. We clicked instantly. We had so much in common, did our undergrads at the same University during the same years, had one same instructor, we also had vacationed on the same exact days to our favorite spot 5 years prior to meeting and our works collaborate. Everything was going awesome. We even took a vacation together and it was the best vacation ever. We laughed all the time, open communication, talked about the future, great sex ect. I knew he suffered from depression and was medicated and in therapy. We dated for about 5 months. He then had a traumatic event with a family member. That family member may need a lot of his time for care. About a week after the event, he called me right before bedtime and dumped me out of the blue. He sighted that he feels that he is shutting down, going numb and he is snapping at people. He said it wouldn’t be fair to me if he is always just staring at the ceiling when I come over. He said there is too much going on in his life and he doesn’t have the bandwidth for a relationship. He kept telling me it has nothing to do with me. I begged to let me help him and I understand his situation and that I wouldn’t be a priority for some time. He said no, he can’t do that. I asked if I would ever hear from him again, and he said not for a very long time. I guess I just don’t understand why or how he could push someone away like that so quick. He always said I was his one island of happiness in his life. This break up hurt because it was sudden and everything was awesome. I have never clicked with someone like this and he had said the same things. I guess I have been spiraling the last week trying to make sense of it all. Did I do something? Was he just not feeling the relationship anymore? I have sent one text “Thinking of you. Hope you’re doing ok”, with no response. I have not reached out again. I guess I just want to ask questions, but I know that is selfish and he needs his time to heal. Has anyone been in his situation and what were your thoughts and feelings?
