There's way more unlisted animators such as key frame animators and in between frame animators. I forgot the shorter term name but u get the point. It's outright impossible to animate an entire season ALONE. Even if it's. Freelance solo animator they wouldn't be THIS ass. Why? Because free lance solo animators are KNOWN FOR BEING INCREDIBLELY SKILLED. Short deadline or not. I'm tired of this "solo animator" bs all over the internet wherever I go. I'm not even a fan of Blue Lock or do I watch it. I'm just annoyed.
I also had to censor one of the names of the animators bcs the stupid filter thinks it's a swear so yeah.

I tried two recipes, one bouef bourguignon, another an All-American pot roast
Both of them involve cooking with a dutch oven in the oven with the lid ajar. One calls for 325, the other 275.
In the book, Food Lab, Kenji experimented with the lid on and ajar and the lid ajar allowed evaporative cooling to bring the stew temp to 187F. He says that's the idea temperature to slow cook meat in a pot roast.
However, these conditions for just 3 hours that's in his recipe did not led to tender fall-apart chuck.
Come to think of it, BBQ low-and-slow brisket calls for a target temperature of 200-205F for the collagen to turn to gelatin. If the stew is only being slow roasted at 187, it would never reach the temp for collagen to turn to gelatin. Brisket also takes 8-10hrs to reach fall-apart-tender.
So how is chuck doing this at 187 and at a lower amount of time?
I've successfully had super tender chuck when I lightly simmered everything on the stove with the lid on for 10hrs.
