i have these Japanese laurel cuttings iāve put in water for a few months - theyāre now growing roots. but ever so often they get these little guys in the back of their leaves and when i touch them theyāre quite sticky like syrup. they donāt really do anything to the leaves but i donāt like them, so i wash them off. but they return in a month or so. anyone know what they are and what to do with them? help dearly appreaciated !!

Hi, I just got a Pixel 3A passed down from a family member and have been wanting to set it up as just a work phone for emails and phone calls.
I reset it and it feels fine but with the software being rather old, but I'm tempted to upgrade it to Lineage OS to have Android 15 running on it for better security + app support, and it's not too difficult to do. I just don't want to download it and then my phone runs really slow due to older hardware + newer software.
Is the upgrade worth doing?

There are few exceptions but you know the number isn't huge. Even our houses, we don't have much speciality in our houses, its solely copied from other cultures. In painting i can't even name 1 punjabi painter, in writing there were Shiv Batalvi, Chetan Bhagat, Paash and few others, in acting if you count Dharminder then him other than that nothing. We don't have any big directors in film industry or screenwriter or anything you name. This problem is so deeply rooted that we don't even have quality content creators, most shittiest and cringiest content creators on planet no originality. I can't name a single punjabi content creator which I watch, YouTube or Instagram. Even in music, everything sounds same, I get they are making commercial music for the masses but I can't name a single artists who is creating art. People in other industries across India are putting up great albums with concepts, their album covers has deeper meanings, have easter eggs, references and what do we get? a basic portrait of artist with album name. People go mad when an singer cross XXX billion views while singing about the most basic shit which we being hearing from last couple of years. And if try to argue with them and they would say "oh it has so many views so thats why is great". What I fear is people take this casually, ok i understand it's not such a huge problem, there are bigger and much more serious problems in our society but nobody even addresses this problem, we don't have artists, what is stopping us from creating art which resembles our culture, which showcase our culture.
