Hallo. Folgendes Szenario tut sich im Bekanntenkreis gerade auf: AG hat eine Gehaltsanpassung i.H.v. 3% angekündigt. Die Gehälter bestehen aus dem monatlichen Festgehalt und einem Variablen Anteil, welcher im Folgejahr gem Erreichung pers. Ziele, gezahlt wird. In den vergangenen Jahren wurde die Gehaltsanpassung immer nur auf das monatliche Festgehalt angewendet. Nun wird die Gehaltsanpassung jedoch aufgeteilt. Die 3% werden auf Basis des Gesamtgehalts ermittelt und dann zu 2/3 auf das Festgehalt und zu 1/3 auf den Variablen Anteil aufgeteilt. Damit fällt die Anpassung des monatlichen Festgehalts geringer aus, als 3%. Je nach Verhältnis zwischen dem monatlichen Festgehalt und dem Variablen Anteil natürlich unterschiedlich je MA. Das wurde bislang nicht offiziell verkündet sondern nur in einigen Jahresgesprächen erwähnt. Anscheinend wurde die Entscheidung der Aufteilung erst vor kurzem getroffen. Es wurde in den ersten Jahresgesprächen nichts dazu gesagt. Hat man in so einem Fall eine Handhabe? Ich dachte da an das Stichwort betriebliche Übung.

I’ve tried every light bulb I have on hand, mostly standard and a halogen one and none have worked. A quarter almost fits perfectly in bulb base. Labels and online do not mention any bulbs. Just got an e-mail from last season's ticket rep trying to get us to sign up for a half-season plan. (Of course creating an impression of false scarcity in the process, ie. "Act now before they sell out.") Did anyone else get a similar e-mail?
Are they really bleeding season memberships so badly that they are finally relenting, and looking to sell partial memberships? Does anyone know if this a first time they have been offering this kind of a plan? Seems common enough with other sports teams in the U.S.
We were STHs for past two seasons, but decided not to renew as we live a fair distance away from BMO, and struggle to get to every home game--not to mention the ridiculous cost for parking.
I am carefully positive of this initiative, but still need more information to see if it's worth the price.

So I'm new to this, don't have any model or stuff yet and tried making an army list to see what i would possibly want to try. Looking up army making tutorials was not that helpful, but this subreddit was suggested so I thought I would just dive into it and ask how this looks
Ideas behind list creation choices - was designed not for competitions but to play casually with friends - likes the Firestorm Assault force and wished to use lots of Melta and Flammer weapons - I wanted to use the Apothecary's because they seamed fun and like they can help with survival - game plan is to use different vehicles and transport to get units in close to burn enemies alive - the Dreadnaughts, Drop pod, Librarian and Judiciar were put in solely because they looked interesting and like they might work but am not fully sure about them Mainly wishing to know is their are any obvious flaws/issues with this I'm missing, better unit suggestions, and mainly see is this can function enough to have fun

With the options chain set up for massive upwards hedging, any post or meme from RK might have caused a small squeeze, or at least forced the price upwards and many calls into the money. I have a few (dumb) ideas:
1) An NDA, a legal restriction, trading restriction, etc.
2) He is waiting for something in the future. Maybe he predicts and desires a downturn so he can buy more calls and shares. Maybe he's waiting for the gme favorable administration coming in next week.
3) He wanted to confirm algorithm tracking/predicting his moves.
4) Most of the calls and/or puts were somehow Hedgefunds. He wanted hedgefunds to lose funds for future shorting.
