My wife and I are looking at purchasing a home where we currently live. At this time, I am finishing up a B.A. and intend to complete a M.A. at the same university the following year. So, all told, I'll be here for at least the next 1.5-2 years. After the completion of this program of study, though, I intend to pursue a PhD in my field. In all likelihood, this pursuit will take us out of state (the universities in my city don't have the programs I would need).
Are we likely to run into any difficulties if we attempted to sell at the end of this timeframe to move to a new location? I know there is an inherent risk in the nature of the market, but aside from that.

2025.01.18 03:47 Boompaplift Should I study 2D or 3D in school?
Hello, I just want some advice on the title question. I care so much for a mix of 2d and 3d and I want my cartoons to be made like that. However, Im gonna be attending sva (im deleting this later) and honestly the 3D department is way less strong than the 2D. Iāve also heard time and time again that when you learn 2d first, youāre better off in your 3d journey and thatās very important to me. I also do want some of my cartoons to be 2d only and I find that at sva form what Iāve seen the 2d kids get the most opportunity and have gotten more jobs than the 3d kids. Finally, I was thinking I could just major in 2d and take 3d classes as electives plus take animate in the summer and just improving outside of school. Iām not sure, Iād just like advice on what youād think is best. A teach there told me she thinks going the 3d route would be beneficial for the mix of both but Iām just not sure. Thank you.

I recently spent 10 days in the hospital due to getting pancreatitis for the 4th time. This last time was the hardest and longest I have ever stayed in the hospital. It was alcohol induced and Iām a type 2 diabetic and wasnāt managing my blood sugar at all. I am on week 2 of recovery and finally got my blood sugar down to 262 (On Insulin-temporarily) down from the mid 300ās. I am still trying to recover and itās taking a very long time, slowly healing day by day. Since getting out of hospital I quit alcohol and chewing for good but notice Iām still in pain on the sides of stomach and canāt move around fast yet, get winded and light headed. It scared the shit out of me being in there and not being able to eat or drink anything for 2 days, I was miserable this time and I will never drink alcohol again. Hope you all have a fast recovery and hope my recovery happens soon!

I donāt need a roster of recognizable names if the game itself sucks. Iād rather play a game with stick figures as long as the mechanics were smooth and the gameplay was actually fun. stickmen with better counters, fluid animations and satisfying knockouts. Iād play that over this any day.
In fact, they shouldāve just shamelessly copied Fight Night and improved on it. Forget flashy marketing or trying to flex real boxers. Focus on the gameplay first. If the game was genuinely fun, people would flock to it. Then, as the player base grows, use the profits to pay for licensing deals and expand the roster.
Undisputed feels like a game made by people who were more concerned with selling us the idea of boxing than delivering an actual solid boxing experience.

As a huge fan of horror, itās incredibly difficult to find any reading material that has end of the world themes and not trying to prove some societal moral point. I.e. good vs evil, people coming together to show humanity, āevilā people exploiting things etc. Is there any book of this kind that doesnāt try to shove down morals down your throat and is a free flow of how things go during an apocalypse? so every-time i go to fight a boss in my modded terraria world i have issues where i consistently crash and i havenāt found the reason nor have i found a solution, iām pre-moon lord on a calamity world and went to fight plaguebringer Goliath with my boyfriend and went the boss was at 10k health and my game crashed, completely resetting us by almost an hour. this consistently happened for the past few nights when we went to play and i was wondering if it had happened to anyone else and if they would know the reason and solution. this issue is making the game hell and is only happening on this world.
