2025.01.18 08:57 Mental_Draft_ Am I screwed? CPAP compliance
Got my CPAP a bit ago and am in the 3 month trial period. My primary insurance is Medicare. Im also 4 weeks postpartum and received my CPAP a few weeks before I gave birth.
I flat out didn't touch my CPAP for around 3 weeks. I was in agony at the end of my pregnancy & also struggling post c-section & in the newborn trenches. It wasn't until I had a break down from lack of sleep/quality sleep that my husband insisted I start using my new CPAP again.
So ever since I've been using my CPAP every night for 6-8 hours while my husband takes care of our infant at night (very sweet of him). I'm starting to feel better but am now worried that I won't meet the 70% criteria. I think I'll probably hit 65-68% if I continue using it every night until the end of the 90 days.
Im also switching primary insurance here very soon, to private with my Medicare being secondary.
So am I screwed in that I won't be able to keep using my CPAP after I fail this 90 day trial? What are my options? I have an appt next week with sleep doctor. Trying to lose weight too as I think that'll help my sleep score.

After ko(30 male) mag-lunch sa SM may nadaanan ako ng store. May lumapit na salesman sakin at inaalok yung product for samples. Nag-hand gesture na ako na hindi interested pero pilit pa din lumapit sakin na i-try yung sample product.
Pinagbigyan ko kasi akala ko perfume lang na ipapahid sa wrist ko at magtake lang ng less than a minute. After nun, pinalapit ako sa store booth nila at inalok ng skin care product amounting to 7,000php.
Sobrang makulit yung salesman at ang dami pangbobola na kesyo same name daw kami at bla bla bla…
Tapos nag-entrance naman yung isang Saleslady nila at inalok na bigyan ako ng 30% discount kaya 4,900php na lang. Tinanggihan ko pa din yung offer at sobrang kulit talaga. Pwede daw installment 6months at 800+php na lang daw bayaran ko.
Tinanong pa ako kung may gcash at sabi ko meron. Medyo sleepy na ako ng time na ito kasi kakatapos lang kumain kaya go with the flow na lang ako. Tinanong din kung ano yung model ng iphone ko. Sabi ko iphone15+ kaya sobrang kulit talaga nito para makabenta.
Pina-open sakin yung gcash para makita yung gcash credit score. Hindi ako masyado nagamit ng gcash at 1,300php lang naman laman nito kaya tinanong ko kung san makita.

Hi, i plan on taking step 1 maybe around September and wanted to know if 6 months is enough time to prepare for it, i think i have a pretty solid foundation, currently solving uworld whenever i have the time, i get 50-60% of the questions right, ive watched all of bnb but still feel weak in micro, biostat, genetics, biochem.. My only issue is that my spring semester is starting soon and im taking surgery and internal med so idk how much till i’ll be able to dedicate to exam prep, ill have at least 2-3 months in the summer to focus on step one only tho
Also appreciate any other recs for resources to use and how accurate is the uworld qbank compared to the actual thing

So, just started my umpteenth re-watch, on season 8 already, and I am realising a lot of the reoccurring guest starts (or main) tend to have a much closer bond with Dean than Sam. Examples: Charlie, Crowley, Castiel, Donna, etc. then there’s Bobby and Jody who are pretty much equally close with both, but yeah- Rowena is the only major reoccurring character I can think of that is super close with same (other than maybe Jack). Can you guys think of anyone else?
