I've been on Prozac for exactly 9 weeks now, and I've recently started to feel a significant improvement, with more energy and a greater motivation to get things done. Even my sex drive has increased. However I still find myself feeling sad and frustrated at times, and even anxious and on edge sometimes. I feel motivated, but not in a way that helps me complete my tasks effectively. I still procrastinate, and while this has decreased with Prozac, it’s still noticeable. My doctor advised me to increase the dosage to 40 mg and told me I would feel even better. Will I really notice a difference with the higher dosage? Will my energy and motivation increase, and what about my sex drive? Will it also increase, stay the same, or decrease due to the higher dose?

2025.01.18 11:10 Gatsby_the_Greatest I woke up in the middle of the night and saw countless faces rolling up, moving and talking on all my walls.
It was as if it were a projection of people in a flat dimension. It looked like an anime, but the facial features were real. Each person was a different size. The closest comparison would be the sort of collage you can make by cutting out people's silhouettes from photos and pasting them all together - except that they were all moving and talking independently, living their own lives. I could hear their voices and sounds in my head. It felt as though I was inside a box, with each wall displaying the same projection, moving upwards.
I was not sleep-deprived, stressed, or even sleepy. Strangely, I felt more awake than usual as soon as I opened my eyes. I could sense that this was not threatening, so I didn’t feel scared at all. Instead, I was just annoyed and thought, 'I don’t want this to happen at night; I want this to happen during the day.' I knew how to make it stop - by turning the light off. After spending a good moment looking at all the walls, I turned the light off and went back to sleep (leaving the lights on and covering my head with the blankets). Later, I turned the lights off properly.
Slept like a baby after that. I had the most rejuvenating sleep.
What was it? Is there a rational explanation?

I am so disgusted by my experience dealing with the Department of Education and all entities associated with the program. I called MOHELA for two years to get my loan count updated. Still my loans prior to consolidation weren’t counted. Now with the Department of Education taking over I can log into my activity see my form from an employer and the customer service rep told me she could not see it. This is a form that finally transferred over. I uploaded two forms and received the confirmation email, yet I’m told they don’t see it. I was told to upload it using Chrome etc. I am giving up hope. My current count is 110 but it should be 147.

Me and my ex have been broken up for four years, approaching five now. And I don’t want to worry or stress people out because everyone’s healing journey is different. But not a day goes by where Im not thinking about them. And it’s no longer sad for sure, but I would be lying if I said I was thinking about the memories and not them. I still find myself going back and looking and their social medias every couple of months. Checking in and whatnot, but never reaching out to them. And I know they do the same thing too because they attempt to follow me on my socials, but I remove them since I know it isn’t the best decision for us both to connect again (mostly because I wasn’t ready/ done healing). It’s been over a year since they last tried to make contact, and a huge part of me wishes they would try contact me again. We dated for 4 years off and on, and in the end it was me who decided to end it. Freshly being broken up, we decided to stay friends (as a lot of people do) and afterwards I had to end it as I got into another relationship. They messaged me about 4 times in a years time frame where I had to tell them that it was best we don’t contact each other anymore as they were now in a relationship and I was as well. They haven’t contacted me since I said we should stop. But in a way they have tried through following me on different platforms and viewing stories/ videos I make. We were each other’s first love, and we were incredibly young. So I suppose you tend to become the same person after a while, and maybe that doesn’t change as time does. I’ve gone off on a tangent now because truth be told, I have no idea what is going on. I haven’t had the urge to reach out to them like this since we had broken up years ago. And even if I reached out Im not sure what I would expect from it. I suppose just to talk like old friends catching up, seeing how they’re doing in their life. I know I shouldn’t reach out, and I won’t. I don’t want to disturb their peace. But I thought I should give some insight after going no contact for a while now. It gets easier, but some days are different. Not difficult though. Life moves on and the time passes anyway. Don’t reach out, it doesn’t serve you anymore. Have a good day everyone.
