I'm curious to know what you think of this. I've worked in Tesco since the first lockdown. I was self employed for a number of years before so it was a while since I worked for an organisation with bosses. My first store manager was a hard worker and grafted and was part of the team. He cared about his colleagues and was genuinely sad to leave. Our next manager is, you could say very corporate and ambitious and has not gone down well. We've had a massive change in staff and it's been a bit of shock to get used to all the changes. I understand that the bottom line is that Tesco is a money making business but the whole atmosphere of the shop has changed and not for the better. I'm very much a people person and care about my colleagues but I'm also feeling like I'm just a number. I guess it's probably a store lottery of what type of management you get.

Remember when Eight Sleep sold us the dream of having the "smartest bed"? I do and all I've seen function after function either die off and never get fixed, never get implemented in the first place, removed all together or locked behind a pay wall.
It's been months since this feature was even available but it would be getting close to a year since it was even functioning properly at all. With no sign from the company on when or if it will ever be fixed.
BUT the marketing team seems to have an endless supply of money to throw at me with never ending email promotions for hundreds of dollars off a new pod if I want to upgrade or a steady stream of sports stars and influencers who are still willing to throw their name behind the brand for a few bucks.
Wake up Eight Sleep the age of AI search is here you won't be able to hide from your unfulfilled promises for much longer. Spend 3 minutes on perplexity or GPT search and use the words "common user complaints" and the words eight sleep and just see the litany of information that gets returned.
This how the world will judge you moving forward. And right now it doesn't look good.

Leanne. From her strong introduction in the premiere, continuous content even when she’s not relevant, the storyline of hiding that she’s a soldier, she always gets a confessional to try and explain when she reacts to things too aggressively, and then in the most recent episode it really felt like her personal backstory was highlighted more than anyone else’s, complete with Frankie giving a confessional telling us how lovely Leanne is.
I think the person hanging from the helicopter is probably Leanne based on the scream that we hear, so I think either Joe or Jake is the next to be murdered.
So how does Leanne win? I think she tells Minah that Charlotte has been saying her name, and when Minah goes after Charlotte in return it is obvious to Leanne that they are both traitors. She could team up with Minah to take out Charlotte, and then banish Minah at final three, winning the game with the other remaining contestant (most likely Frankie or Alexander.)

Minha mãe é dona de um mini mercado, que é a nossa única fonte de renda da família (todos "trabalhamos" nela), e ela, na documentação de pessoa física (pro labore/DECORE), conta com rendimentos de um só salário mínimo. A minha pergunta é, eu me encaixaria em baixa renda, visto que só minha mãe apresenta "salário"? Ou o SISU conta também os rendimentos/extratos da pessoa jurídica (já que a maioria das universidades pedem toda a documentação da empresa)? Desde já agradeço.
