2025.01.18 12:04 theRealM895 Opinion on the specs i have thought for a mid range gaming PC
Hello everyone, so lately I have been thinking of getting a mid range gaming PC which can run games reasonably well at High/Ultra settings at 60+ frames and above at 1080p for now and maybe Medium/High settings like in 2030 at 40+frames at 1080p
I am a very casual gamer and can only play a few days in a week and I am well content with 1080p. Occasionally I might binge but I’ll drop my interest for like a few weeks and get back again to keep things fresh
So anyway this is the build I am going for and I would like all of your opinions on whether it is a good build for what I am looking for:
Processor: Intel I5 12400F
Motherboard: H610 (I am not sure about this one as a few of my colleagues recommended this motherboard for this processor and said it should do its job well). Please do let me know if it’s a good option for what I am basing this build on
Ram: I plan to have 32GB of DDR4 Ram now but will upgrade accordingly as time goes on as much as the motherboard allows me of course
Storage: I plan to have 1GB M.2 nvme Gen4 SSD for gaming and 500GB SSD M.2 nvme Gen4 exclusively for Windows. The Windows SSD I will not touch but the gaming one I might upgrade later as time goes on
Graphics Card: I plan to get a RTX 3060 12GB card as it should have sufficient VRam to at least last me till 2030 for 1080p gaming. Might upgrade too if your opinions are to get a different card with the same motherboard in mind if possible
PSU: For now I am thinking like a 750W Bronze Modular PSU. I don’t think it will need to be upgraded later

من فتره اتعرفت على بنت من الانستا وقعدنا نتكلم كتير و هي كانت شبهي و محترمه و البنت الي اي حد ممكن يتمنها ونزلنا مع بعض كذا مره و أنا حقيقي حبتها بس لقيت نفسي اني مش عارف اركز على حياتي زي الاول و بقيت اكلمها بل سعات كل يوم وحتى لما مش بكلمها بفكر فيها ومبقتش عارف ازاكر ولا اتمرن ولا اعمل اي حاجه المهم قلتلها أنا محتاج ابقا فترة لوحدي عشان اعرف اركز على نفسي وهي وفقت في الاول بس بعدها رجعنا اتكلمنا تاني بس أنا قلتلها أنا هاخد فتره لوحدي تاني و بجد المرادي بس هي محبتش الموضوع و قعدت تقولي اني أناني و مش بفكر غير في نفسي و انها محتاجه حد يكون جمبها المهم اتخنقنا مع بعض و عملتلي بلوك من كل حته و مسحت كل الاكونتات بتاعتها كانّها مكنش موجوده بس أنا عارف مدرستها وممكن احاول أتواصل مع حد عشان اعرف أوصلها سوالي شايفني ان ده صح ولا يستحسن اني اركز في دنيتي و خلاص

2025.01.18 12:04 LevelAd6626 3m old always crying, straining/gas after first sleep stretch
My 3m (13 week) baby has been really struggling past 4-5 weeks, increasingly getting worse, with waking up after the first sleep (average 2.5 hours) with intense straining and gas and can’t go back to sleep comfortably after feeding without chest-chest sleeping. If he is put back down in bassinet he js fine for a moment and then cry’s. Last night from midnight onwards he would only sleep on us, quite a lot of spit up all night and then at 8am did a big poo which was very mucusy. He often has a bit of mucus in them. He is EBF apart from a bottle before bed which is mostly breastmilk with a formula top up. I’ve tried giving up dairy for 10 days and didn’t notice much difference. I do give probiotics daily and try infacol at night. We tried gaviscon and that just made his poo mushy. Health visitor recommended a bath middle of the night to reset and soothe his tummy - he loved it but then screamed after. Health visitor also said he is teething so give him some things for that too. We do try all the massage, bicycle kicks etc before and during the night. Completely at a loss on what to do next, I’ve been hoping he would just outgrow it and it’s his gut developing, but it just feels increasingly worse and I hate to see my baby in pain and unable to sleep/im starting to unravel myself! My saving grace is that he is a happy boy during the day (although is tricky with naps!) Would love to know any advice or thoughts! Feeling desperate

Hi there,
I did bloodwork and my sodium levels are 135mmol/l , according to my doctor it’s too low.
I am also drinking 3,5 - 4,5 liter water every day and my urine is always clear.
Now I am looking for a way to increase my sodium levels on a short but healthy way.
Ofcourse drinking less water is a start, but how can I increase my sodium levels. I can’t find supplements or something to help me with this.

Pessoal, não entendo muito do assunto, então vim tirar a dúvida aqui. A menstruação da minha amiga atrasou 8 dias e ela resolveu fazer o teste de gravidez pq estava receosa. Nisso dois testes ( teste de farmácia, cada um custava por volta de 12 reais) deram positivo. Vocês acham que pode ter sido falso positivo, em decorrência do atraso relativamente curto da menstruação?
