Hello guys, hihingi lang ako ng advice sa aking career as junior software engineer. Unfortunately, yung kasabay ko na dev mag reresign na at sya ang backend ako most of the time ng systems na both kami gumawa, immediately ang alis nya. Frontend ako pero i know backend din kasi from time to time may patch sa mga system namin na need syempre ng backend and i manage to deliver naman.
Medyo may doubt lang ako, kasi nag meeting kami ng project manager which is also yung head rin namin na gagawin akong mid dev, andaming system, kasama ng promotion na to yung increase na 5k at other bonuses, nag start kami ng 18k basic salary, itong increase na to magiging effective by feb, and may wfh privilege. Hindi ko alam kung itetake ko ba yung challenge sa mga system na both namin gumawa pero mainly nasa frontend side, pero like i mentioned i know backend din as well and the plan daw for me is to be a full stack.
Tanong is, is this worth it? Ito ang first year ko as pagiging dev. Any suggestions. Feeling kk kasi kulang ang 5k increase given the fact na sasaluhin ko ang mga system ng mag isa.

Hallo,
Een aantal jaar geleden hebben we deze plant (ik vermoed een Ficus Lyrata) cadeau gekregen. De onderste helft van de plant doet het niet heel goed en heeft niet veel bladeren meer. De bovenste helft van de plant doet het wel goed en is het afgelopen jaar mooi gaan groeien. Ik vroeg mij af of het mogelijk is om de bovenste helft van de plant af te knippen en vervolgens als aparte plant te laten groeien. Kan dit überhaupt? En zo ja, plaats ik die nieuwe tak dan gewoon in een nieuwe pot met aarde in de hoop dat de plant niet afsterft en blijft verder groeien?

So the pattern is - I install AltStore, the first app installs successfully, but all other apps are stuck at the exact the loading percentage.
I tried everything - reinstalling AltServer and AltStore, using a different Apple ID, restarting Apple Mobile Service, connecting to a PC via a cable, restarting PC and the IPad… Nothing works. And please don’t say “use SideStore”, I dont want and can’t use it.

Rin has just got another awakening with Predator Eye as his weapon now. What if he gets another upgrade in the future?
Kaiser has been able to use Predator Eyes and Meta-vision in tandem despite being the Talented Learner type, I don’t see why Rin might be able to do it, the first Meta-Vision user as a Genius type player in the series. Plus, Rin used to play like Sae’s style/Puppeteer in the Second Selection, manipulating everyone on the field to score goals, so maybe?
(I’m coping so hard for my pookie, that’s how I got the idea 😭)
