The new TV deal from 6/7 years ago has helped A LOT but IMO it hasn't gone far enough overall.
IMO La Liga should probably take an additional €70m total from the big 3 and spread it down the league.
€30m less from Madrid and Barca each - and €10m less from Atleti at least till 2030.
Madrid and Barca (And Athletic Club I think) fought for individual TV deals for decades and finally relented a bit under Tebas. It's much better now and even with the strictness of La Liga's FFP has made clubs more solvent.
Yes Madrid and Barca bring money to the league BUT in the 90s ManUnited brought a TON of global money to the prem at a time people really didn't care much about other teams and because of the TV deal it bolstered a lot of the smaller teams. Beckham's popularity literally helped make lower clubs stronger.

The main flaw of The Traitors is that there is nothing to be gained from finding a traitor. Because the show has to be a certain amount of episodes, when a traitor is found leaving only one traitor, they must be replaced as the producers can't risk the show ending early.
If anything, this means finding a traitor just makes it harder, as a new traitor is made from the faithfuls.
How would the rules be changed so that whilst maintaining the number of episodes, it becomes a genuine game, where it is an advantage to find the traitors ?

I've noticed that my penis has gotten weirdly both weaker and tighter ever since I've been battling with tight pf/hf.
For example, when I try to kegel flaccid, the penis barely jumps and no blood gets pumped in it but when I am erect the penis become overly rigid and tight to the point where it's feeling uncomfortably.
Did anyone else also experience similar symptoms?

So I noticed that when you rent a GPU for computation, it is as though you are leasing it, it’s exclusively yours and because of that you pay for it every hour of the day.
I am creating a website that I don’t think will have high enough traffic in the beginning to where renting a GPU makes sense.

I have an idea of what my verdict is going to be, but I don’t think my family is going to give it to me straight like I need it.
I’ve been going through therapy for a lot of mental health issues, and have been discovering a lot of past trauma in my life. Though my family tries their best to be there and be supportive, I have found that a lot of them are not very willing to change their ways. Ways that don’t make me feel very comfortable or happy. So in result of that, I’ve been distancing myself from them for my own sanity. They’re not all that happy about it, but most of them understand. Most of them.
My second eldest brother who is closest to me in age is set that all of the siblings have a close relationship. And though I love my brothers to death, what he wants in a close relationship is something I feel like we’ve never really achieved. And I’m not entirely sure if I want to have a relationship with them that is as close as he wants.
Personally, I feel like in order to achieve that relationship he wants, there has to be more effort put into the relationship on both sides. More than just the occasional text now and again. Yet I feel like he’s expecting me to put most of the effort into maintaining this close relationship.
For example, he would prefer that I come over to the house a lot more. And where the house isn’t the cleanest, I don’t feel very comfortable in that space. Plus often time when I do go over, Everyone says Hi, and that’s it. They’re go back to their usual activities and I’m usually left to sit on the couch and wait until the event in which I came for. After that event I usually like to leave, but they then complain lightly that I’m hardly spending any time with them. It’s not fun for me, and often leaves me bored and upset.
Well, In December My second eldest brother graduated from college. (I am very proud of him, and I have told him as such.) I was planning on going to the Graduation, but sadly I came down with Influenza A the week of and couldn’t make it. Most of the family couldn’t because of it. I’m not worried about that, but here’s the part where I’m pretty sure I’m the AH.
Recently, He asked in the family group chat when the family wanted to get together for Graduation Photos, as he now has his degree. The college he went to is in the same town we grew up in (and is the same college I’m going too) so it wouldn’t be hard to get together and take pictures. Right?
But I know my family… If I go to do the graduation photos, I’m going to be there awhile… Just to take a picture and be ignored.
I really don’t want to do that. I told my mother about it, and she understood, but told me to tell my brother myself. So I called him up, and tried my best to tell him that and let him down easy… But I guess I couldn’t articulate my feelings well enough. And I could tell we ended that call with him being very depressed. And I feel awful.
So am I the AH for not wanting to take graduation photos for my brother?
Context: I am (24F) and he is (26M). I have spoken to him before how I feel about the family dynamics, and I felt like he understood a lot better after that conversation. Which makes me lean more to the idea that I am the AH. It’s also not just him… I basically do this for all my family members when it comes to holidays and birthdays. (Though I do get them gifts.) I also understand there may be a difference in love languages between us, but I’m not sure how.
Thank you for any advice you can give me, I accept my judgement whatever it may be.

Background:
I’m still trying to drop another 20-25lbs which would take me from roughly 270 to 170 over the past 15 months or so. I’m 5’9 and 41 years young.
I’ve been maintaining a pretty steep calorie deficit which has resulted in losing 1.5-2lbs a week on average.
I also just hit 7 months on E :-)
Question: I know ya gotta feed the puberty eventually and I’m planning to do some weight cycling after this cut.
But am I starving my transition at this point? Is it okay to go another 2-3 months to get to my goal weight?
