Hey everyone, I'd appreciate a bit of help with my bike fit. It's a 2021 Trek Checkpoint SL6, 56cm. The stem is -7 degrees, and 110 mm long. Here's a link to an album with five videos of slightly different setups. I rode each configuration for about 15 minutes before filming, and for about 20 minutes total each. My main concerns are perineal numbness (I'm debating switching saddles to combat this as well), as well as numbness in my hands, but I'm unsure how much of the latter can be attributed to riding on the rollers for long periods of time.
I'm 183 cm tall, and below are what I've found for some other measurements:
- 181 cm wingspan
- 51 cm torso
- 86.5 cm inseam
- 38.5 cm tibia
- 42 cm femur
- 40.5 cm biacromial width
- 54 cm arm length (acromion to wrist bone)

Hi all,
I’m 2dp6dt. I slept horribly the last 2 nights, presumably thanks to the progesterone. Last night I had horribly painful trapped gas (sorry TMI).
Now all day today I’m either very nauseous or burping. I know 2 days post FET is way too early to be feeling anything related to the actual transfer, so I’m thinking I’m having an adverse reaction to the PIO.
Did anyone else get significant nausea from the PIO? If so, how long did it last and any tips for lessening it? I’ve tried ginger tea and a long walk. Bleh.

 | Hi! My industrial is currently 5 days old. I know these pictures make it apepar as though it's actively touching my flat closer to the back, but when it was pierced it definitely wasn't! It's only because of the swelling currently. I've been cleaning it with 0.9% saline using a dropper and cloth to catch any extra droplets. No pain except upon touch with pressure, it's just there lol. My main concern is the lack of crusting? Only this morning I received very minimal crusting (?) which is odd, since all 12 of my other piercings would crust very heavily the first week. Is there anything I can do to reduce swelling, lest I risk embedding & is the lack of crusting on my end normal? My friend said hers crusted a disgusting amount-- though I believe she had a different aftercare procedure. The pain is basically nothing compared to my experience healing a double helix if that's any help at all, thank y'all in advance if you can provide any assistance!
