Help! First marathon tomorrow. I’ve trained with a vest and without. I like the idea of being self-sufficient and prepared and not having to rely on aid stations or having to stop for water. Plus I got shaky hands and I’m not coordinated. So water would get everywhere if I had to run, grab, and drink at the same time. Lol The race is out of town and I packed several options because I’m indecisive and couldn’t decide what I wanted to do. I brought a vest which I if I do carry I would bring two small 250 ml water flasks, my phone, and 4 gels. But worried about the extra weight. The naked belt I tried it on on with my fuel and a water flask and didn’t like how bulky everything felt, but it doesn’t bounce. I also got the belt last minute in the mail and haven’t practiced running with it but I’ve heard good reviews, and lastly I also brought a hand held. Which one should I go with? Can’t decide. 😫

My five reasons the MCU hasn't worked since Phase 3 ended
1.Too many characters have been introduced Did we really need the Eternals,Ms Marvel,She Hulk,Agatha Harkness,Kate Bishop,RiRi Williams,America Chavez,U.S. Agent,Namor,Echo,Adam Warlock and Werewolf by Night(for examples)introduced?How relevant are they/were they to the Multiversal Saga?
2.No continuity/follow up on plot threads started. Where do the Ten Rings come from,and what's their purpose?Is Arishem going to return to judge Earth?Where did Dr Strange and Clea run off to?Are Thor and Hercules going to meet?Is Dane Whitman going to become the Black Knight?
3.Too much time elapsing before we see characters again. Why is it we are not seeing characters more regularly?3 years is the time is taking to see most characters again between drinks,why haven't we seen more of the Werewolf by Night,Moon Knight and Loki characters,like Sylvie,Elsa Bloodstone and Moon Knight?Or the "Young Avengers?"
4.Films/Shows that were not necessary. Secret Invasion,Echo,Eternals,She Hulk show,Ms Marvel and The Marvels were really NOT necessary in the grand scheme of things.What is the relevance also of a Ironheart and Wonder Man show?
5.Disney+ shows and content need to be longer,episode and episode time wise. A billion dollars company can't afford to not only write quality productions,but can't make hour long episodes???Some of the shows move too fast,more time needs to be given to introduce characters/concepts and endings/resolutions are sometimes anti-climactic and abrupt.
My thoughts is all.

So the 3 seatbelt signs in the middle of the dash that says rear in front of it are flashing green and red. My battery is think is working fine because I replaced it less than a year ago. But it looks like Christmas. Anyone know what to do? I couldn't find anything in the manual or online.

2025.01.19 03:10 saylor502 Long Wait __ C&P Finally Scheduled
I filed a new claim back in September. I went to step 5 in less than a week, and then It was crickets. In early January (this month), I saw that I had moved to step 6, and within a few days, I got a denial for one of the things I claimed. My other claims were deferred, and my status is now back at step 3. I have 3 C&P Exams scheduled for next week. An audiology exam, a General Medical Exam, and a Mental health exam. Any suggestions? Any guidance? Is there anything I should look out for? I don't really know what to expect at all. Once these exams are over, what kind of timeline should I or could I expect?

2025.01.19 03:10 tiringandretiring This game is pretty fun so far!
Taking a break from FF VII Rebirth; finally started this game after buying it a while back. I'm really pulled in to the Star Wars atmosphere, as well as the whole approach-kind of reminds me of Deus Ex a bit with its multiple approaches to getting things done. I was afraid it would be too much like the Ubisoft AC games (which I enjoy but have had enough for now lol), but so far ST:O has its own character and charm.
I'm still exploring Toshara (the first real area I suppose), and am just enjoying riding around and checking out small quests. I'm assuming there is a bigger story ahead, but so far, pretty enjoyable!
I'm still not sure what should be upgraded/bought/wait til I find/etc...in terms of equipment/parts/supplies.

I was an international student who recently graduated from US dental school and I’m also a US citizen (no sponsorship needed). I’m doing well in my associateship, and I’m confident in my speed and skills. I don’t have the savings to purchase a practice yet. I also live in a larger and more competitive city (to be close to family) so it will likely take me another 2 years to save up.
Does it make sense to borough from friends and family, or even find an investor? I feel like waiting is probably my best option but I’m wondering what this community thinks.

I’ve been having to do daily clexane injections since my consult prior to surgery and then after my ankle trimal ORIF surgery and quite honestly I’m over it. It’s been 5 weeks in total and I just want to hear other experiences.
I did ask the doctor when I got my stitches out 2 weeks ago and he said he wants me to keep it up until I’m PWB (another 2 weeks now) unless I absolutely cannot bear it anymore. I can put up with it, but I want to hear if people have done fine with aspirin. Only risk factor I have is I’m overweight but I’m not pre/diabetic.

Confused but curious, I grabbed my phone and dialed Adrian’s number, handing the phone to Sorin.
Jaw clenched, Sorin pressed the phone to his ear, taking a slow breath as the line rang. A moment later, Adrian must have answered because Sorin’s voice dropped coldly, “Adrian.”
I couldn’t hear Adrian’s reply, but Sorin’s response was sharp. “You’ve got twenty minutes to get here, or I’ll find you myself. You’ve got a lot of explaining to do.”
Sorin glanced at me, and I caught the faintest shift in his expression before he added, “Yes, she does.”
After he hung up, I swallowed nervously. “Sorin, what... what does Adrian need to explain?”
His gaze softened as he looked at me. “Don’t worry, Drea. It’ll be okay. Finish your lunch.”
I tried to eat, but my appetite was long gone. Sorin kept a close eye on the clock, tension radiating from him as the minutes passed. Twenty minutes. What if Adrian got stuck in traffic?
But right as the time ticked down, the doorbell rang.
Before I could stand, Sorin was already at the door. Adrian stood there, slightly out of breath, his eyes locking onto mine. “Drea.”
“Hi, Adrian...” I murmured, unsure of what to expect.
He tried to step inside, but Sorin blocked his path.
“Sorin, I need to talk to her,” Adrian said quietly, the usual bite missing from his tone. “Let me explain.”
“If you ever abandon her again, I swear—” Sorin’s voice was low and dangerous.
“Let me talk to her,” Adrian repeated, his voice firm.
After a tense moment, Sorin stepped aside. Adrian approached me, his eyes searching mine. “Can we talk... privately?”
I glanced at Sorin, who gave a tight nod. Adrian took my hand and led me upstairs to my room. Once there, he knelt in front of me, taking both my hands in his. “I’m sorry, Drea. For everything.”
“Adrian, what’s happening? What mistakes? What explanations?”
He exhaled slowly. “Sorin told me you learned the truth about your father. Your real father.”
I nodded, a lump forming in my throat.
“And now... you need to know that I’m your brother, Drea.”
“What?” I pulled my hands back, staring at him. “That’s... that’s insane!”
“I’m telling you the truth. We share the same father.”

“Our fathers were best friends, and Sorin’s mom is my mom’s cousin. So, yes, we’re cousins. But you and Sorin... you’re not related, except as husband and wife.”
“Oh.” I let out a breath I didn’t realize I was holding.
Adrian squeezed my hands again. “Please, Drea. Say something. Be angry with me if you want. I left you all alone.”
“It’s okay, Adrian. You had your reasons.”
His eyes widened in disbelief. “You’re not mad at me?”
I shook my head, my voice soft. “No. Just... don’t leave again. Stay with me.”
