For those of you whoāve been using Trainwell for six months or more, how do you keep things fresh and engaging with your trainer when youāve already hit your basic goals and it feels like itās just a matter of sticking to the routine? You know, just continuing to do the same things since long-term health goals naturally take time.
Iām about to finish my third month on Trainwell, and things are going great. Iāve been hitting the gym 3-4 times a week without failāeven through the busy winter holidays. My initial goals were to overcome my āgymtimidation,ā get back into the gym after years of hiatus, and feel comfortable with the movements. Thanks to my trainer, Iāve hit all of that. Iām even starting to see positive changes in my physique, which is all great. But now, Iām finding I donāt have much to talk about with my trainer anymore and I'm wondering what's next for me on Trainwell. In the first month, we chatted every day, I asked a ton of questions, and Iād send weekly videos of my workouts for form checks. My trainer would give detailed feedback or even send videos of himself demonstrating exercises. These days, apart from asking him to tweak weights or reps, I rarely reach out. I feel comfortable with the plans, my form is solid, and Iām just sticking to the routine. Thereās not much to talk, so we rarely talk these days.
So, Iām wonderingāwhatās next? For those of you whoāve been using Trainwell long-term, whatās your experience been like with your trainer after the initial months? What do you typically talk about or seek help with now? Iād love to hear your experiences!

2025.01.19 03:11 -Joseeey- Make sure you can access your bugout bag from your car if the power goes out.
Depends of course on the car you drive, but some cars are all electronic and might have manual releases hidden elsewhere.
For example, my Corvette Stingray. If I were to leave the bugout bag in the trunk, and if for some reason the power went out: I physically cannot get it opened unless I remove the license plate first with a screwdriver, and then use the car key to open the trunk.
In other words, I need to be able to access any part of the car even without power. So I keep a spare screwdriver in my frunk along with my bugout bag because itās faster access and the manual release is actually easy to get from the driver seat.
So yeah make sure how to access your compartments in your car if you suddenly didnāt have power.

I get to be support for other people getting hysterectomies!! I had my total laprascopic hysterectomy last May, so Iām 8 months post op and living large yāall. I feel fucking fantastic. An acquaintance just came back to work 4 weeks post op from her hysterectomy and is already feeling good. She was so grateful for my supportā I answered her questions and sent her here to browse. I told her that it just keeps getting better from here. Iām working out 5 days a week, Iām cooking healthy food for myself and my family again, instead of being couch bound and eating convenience food because I was in too much pain to cook. Iām so thankful for my regained health every single day. Iām so thankful I had this surgery and got rid of my diseased organs! And the cuff is not even a blip on my radar anymore. Iām up for all activities and everything feels great.
I figured Iād pop in here with a success story because I know a lot of us come here with anxieties and worries. Life post-hysterectomy is so good, Iām so happy! I keep preaching the good word to everyone I know who complains about their periods haha. Somewhat joking. But legitimately, I get a thrill every time someone complains about their period! It was really hard to imagine being in this place when I was practically disabled for two weeks every month thanks to adenomyosis and endometriosis. This time last year was very very different and I do not take this for granted. Iām grateful every single day that I took the leap and got this surgery.

I'm incredibly frustrated by not being able to find a handsaw and metal bolts. I've tried for 2 nights and have noticeable if what I am doing is even going to earn me either of these items.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing? I'm basically wt a loss. Even at level 17 being able to walk past most stuff in thronefast, I'm barely able to find supply crates, which supposedly have these stupid things in them.
Anyone have any advice?

Apologies in advance if I'm way off-base. I've been away from the faith for a long time and I'm trying to learn. This thought just popped into my mind and I thought I'd see what others thought.
I've noticed that a lot of people on this subreddit do not like the New American Bible. I've heard some people even say that some of the footnotes are heretical. Trent Horn has a YouTube video about these footnotes and he said he would hesitate to recommend the Bible to somebody.
The Bible has an Imprimatur though. Is the Imprimatur just a rubber stamp that can't be trusted? If, as some say, the footnotes are that bad and a Catholic Archbishop gave it an Imprimatur and the USCCB has approved it for Mass...
I could maybe understand if it was a book on Catholicism that got an Imprimatur and the person who gave the Imprimatur didn't read the book or something. Maybe they made a mistake when reading it. But... the Bible?
Am I over thinking this? Or did the USCCB really mess this up? If they mess up the Bible, what else can't we trust? Or are the people criticizing the footnotes over-blowing them?

but when I mixed it I felt like the powdered sugar was too much and now my batter is more cookie dough like. what do I do?

All 5 courses I have in winter require a pre-req I failed. I passed the course itself but couldnāt meet the minimum final requirement.
