Is it just me or is the new update horrible? I have black screened (not loading in) and the lag is horrible. Not to mention, it seems like the ranked system (which used to be decent) sets you up with what feels like your rank then your up against ranks 4 levels above you. As soon as Epiq took over the servers have been worse and worse. Get better Epiq, listen to the people who play your game and fix this dumpster fire! Either that or refund everyone for everything they have ever purchased over the time of them playing for Fraud and not delivering on the promised product!

2025.01.19 07:12 JSMulligan The new Anvil of Apotheosis is terrible.
First, the Anvil of Apotheosis is a great concept that has never been executed all that well (the characters have always been underpowered and overcosted compared to regular heroes), so it's not like I was expecting amazing this out of a new version. But the one in our book is just terrible.
No weapon options (it's just a Choppa or Hakka), and for a mount you have super limited selections. For Kruleboyz, it's just a Sludgeraker or a Vulchas, Maw-Krusha or Maw-Grunta for IronJawz. If you make a Sludgeraker, it has fewer attacks, doesn't get the (already downgraded) Sludgeraker venom, and costs more points.
I built a character at the tail end of 3rd for Animosity, Kruleboy on the Kroot lizard with a handbow. Barely useable in game before, absolutely unusable now. The whole thing is so limited I have to even wonder what the point is.
I know this is probably the least of most players' concerns and frustrations with the book, but as someone who enjoys narrative and gets into the Animosity campaign every summer, it's aggravating.

Firstly, I'm 16, I do have scoliosis and have seen my xray. I've also mentioned before I don't know the degree of it, but in the xray it didn't look too bad. Also it's only my thoracic spine (as the PT say).
I know a lot of the pain I get is my muscles like aching, cramping and other things but I also get awful joint pains in my legs and sometimes my shoulders. it causes stiffness, aching, sharp pains and weakness in my legs and sometimes it feels like they'll give out and sometimes I'll overwork them so much I can't walk properly for a few days.
I'm just told I'm lazy and that I don't use my legs all the time, but this is incredibly frustrating when I'm anemic, have mental health problems and this constant pain that makes me so incredibly exhausted. It doesn't feel fair and it makes me question if it is just my scoliosis causing these leg problems or I am truly just lazy.

Howdy, Iāve owned a Genmitsu/Sainsmart Prover for a few years now and over time it has received quite a few rigidity and power upgrades. The biggest of those upgrades has been linear rails and a 500W spindle with a custom z-axis.
For a while the machine has been randomly stopping due to a limit switch alarm. It has been rare enough to annoy me though not enough to figure out the issue. That was until I did some cable management and reinstalled a limit switch I had previously removed. Now within 10 minutes Iād get an alarm and have to reset everything.
What I found was that the spindle itself or spindle wires were creating enough inductance to trigger the limit switches through the wires. Iām not sure how much more prone my machine is to this due to the upgraded spindle but Iām sure itās possible for the issue to arise even with a stock spindle. Iām also sure this issue applies to other similar machines.
To fix it I un-twisted and separated each of my limit switch wires and havenāt had any issues so far. You could also just unplug the limit switches for a temporary fix (unplug at the board). Ideally you could create a custom electrical solution, tinker with the signal filtering, or upgrade your limit switches to another option but thatās probably putting lipstick on a pig.
Hopefully this helps someone with the same issue and itās not a bad idea to take preventative measures even if you havenāt come across it yet. Nothing like a super long cut being ruined by a random alarm. Iām also well aware that someone else has addressed this issue previously a few years ago after doing a quick search but figured it deserved being brought up again.

I AM REMORSEFUL.
I have never done anything wrong in my life! This is the first time other than like a speeding ticket or two.
I will do anything to get out of this so that it is not on my record. I want to become a LMHP and currently work in human service/recovery field.
My mind just kinda snapped due to lack of sleep and stress and now they gave me a citation!
I have a while til the citation date. I am planning on talking to a PD and a private lawyer. I am so worried about this I canāt stop thinking about this, it if significantly impacting my ability to help the people that I am helping that are in crisis. Every day is basically community service anyway.
I am sorry Walmart āthinksā I stole. I am not here to provide justification. Stealing is not the right thing to do. Stealing is wrong.
What can I do?? There are three diversion programs in my city. One is ārestorative justiceā one is āmarina l safety councilā one is āmental healthā
Though I would prefer just to do community service and dismiss the case. Or to have Walmart just drop it because the lawyers and me draft a letter begging for mercy.
I have failed out of grad school TWICE. Already and wasted a fuck ton of money. My dad thinks this is my last shot. He had said so a couple times.
I canāt fail. This is my second semester of classes, If I have a misdemeanor on my record it will impact my ability to get jobs and get licensure. I AM SO SCARED.
I am barely scraping by. Walmart says they caught me. I know that they could have been very saddened if anyone stole from them. I would feel very bad. I wouldnāt want anyone to steal from me.
I am literally BARELY scraping by. I make like 34000 a year and live alone. I fucked up and basically 340 bucks of my pay check will go o my HSA for the next 10 weeks. I canāt fix that until 10 weeks is up. Iām so fucking scared. Having the officer and the loss prevention guys detain me was so fucking embarrassing. I didnāt get a chance to say anything about why any of this was happening. They just treated me like how a grey hound would treat the robotic rabbitā¦
BOTTOM LINE I need my record to stay clean and I will do anything to do so. Of course money is tight but I have a credit card.
