I’ve recently started my first playthrough of DS3, and being an avid invader in Elden Ring, I’m wondering how active the PvP scene still is. What level should I aim to invade at, and where should I try to invade? Also, if any invaders have tips, they’re certainly welcome as I don’t know this game very well yet.

 | Heya, so im thinking how to connect 2 sets of refineries. Im using a 250% crude oil node (600p/m) which goes into 20 refineries making heavy oil residue. But the math is terrrible, like always. 1 refinery makes 40 HOR p/m but to make it to fuel it takes 80 p/m HOR. tl:dr im trying to figure out how to connect them. I get some of the main functionality, and a landing page built. Create a user dashboard. Then I want to set it up to have users and authentication, and I've found every single AI coding solution I try here struggles mightily to implement User Authentication. I've used Cursor, I've used Copilot, and right now I'm having the same issue with v0.
My app is small enough I can scrap things and start over -- should I be starting with this and then adding other functionality?
As a note, I'm not a dev but technical enough to navigate some of this. Just really frustrated that I find myself hung up in the same place allllll the time.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a simple process I’ve been using to capture and store insights from YouTube videos—directly in Obsidian—with some help from AI. I often watch long interviews or tutorials, but I used to lose track of the best quotes and ideas. Now I can search my vault for a topic or term and instantly find relevant notes pulled from hours of content.
Here’s the five-step method I follow:
- Choose a High-Value Video I pick something that’s full of insights (like an in-depth interview or a tutorial) and worth referencing later.
- Use a Highlight Template in Obsidian I created a simple note template that includes sections like “Key Themes,” “Notable Quotes,” “Potential Applications,” etc.
- Grab the Transcript with YTranscript The YTranscript community plugin lets me quickly fetch a full text transcript of the video, which I drop straight into my note.
- Summarize with AI I paste the transcript into an AI tool (Claude, GPT, etc.) and have it summarize the biggest ideas, quotes, or frameworks from the video.
- Store and Organize I then move that AI-generated summary back into Obsidian, linking it to related notes for easy retrieval later on.

I’ve been doing this for a few weeks, and it’s a game-changer. If you’re someone who loves learning from YouTube, this approach makes it super simple to retain and retrieve useful information. 2025.01.19 10:20 Im_bad_at_names_1993 Need a little hair help
Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask. My husband is doing some exploring (he's not at a point where he wishes to change pronouns or anything yet).
Now he has long blond hair, but is experiencing some male pattern baldness. He is thinning on top, and has what what I've always thought of as the "horns" baldness. Where his hairline on the corners pushes back really far.
It always really bothers him, but he gets even more upset when he's trying on makeup and dresses.
Now I'm afab, but I'm gender apathetic. Like I know how to do most of the girl things, and occasionally enjoy some of them. But hair stuff has never been my strong suit. I can't braid and can barely curl my hair. I'm not really suited to help him in this area, we need to ask for some help.
How do we solve this issue. He's not wanting to spend a lot of money at this time because he's still questioning (I am fairly sure what the answer to this question is going to be though).
Would like hair toppers work? What does everyone suggest?
