Before I explain my little guy’s situation we did take him to the vet and she gave him some steroids (PrednisolOne, he just finished the prescription on Wednesday) and a free first dose of Revolution which I applied last weekend. He’s going back this Saturday for a follow up (was supposed to be this past Wednesday but we had to reschedule), just wanted to post about it here too to see if anyone had advice/went through something similar.
Ever since mid Decemberoughly a few days before Christmas my cat (three year old male tabby) started scratching his neck much more than usual, to the point he was losing fur on that area. He definitely wasn’t and still isn’t doing it so much to the point he started bleeding/scabbing like I’ve seen happen to other cats, nor would I say he does it CONSTANTLY, but it was still a little concerning since he’s done it a couple times a day in the same spot. He also had a bald spot appear next to his ear, not sure if he was overgrooming, Vet listed it as alopecia under concerns. At one point a red dot was on the area of his neck he was scratching and on his bald spot, but they appeared AFTER he started scratching there.
Vet said it wasn’t fleas or ear mites (actually told me he’s very well groomed, he loves getting his fur brushed lol), we don’t have other pets but we do have people with dogs who live on our apartment floor, he never goes outside and while we did recently move which was a stressful situation but it was in the middle of October and he had no issues until mid December. I asked if he could’ve picked up my generalized stress/anxiety but she said if he did he’d be overgrooming all over, not just one spot. She was also a little perplexed at how the bald spot happened. She said at the follow up depending how he’s doing she might recommend hypoallergenic food.
It’s been about two weeks since he started the prescription and he finished this past Wednesday. The bald spot on the top of his head is gone/the fur has grown back, but he keeps scratching his neck, and while I feel like it decreased while on the steroids I feel like it’s starting to pick up again. While his fur looks thinner on both sides (I know it’ll take a couple of weeks for it to grow back fully) I feel like he’s only scratching the left side of his neck whenever I catch him doing it.
Anyone know what it could be? I know his food could be an issue/cats can just randomly get food allergies at any point in life, but could it also be any cleaning products we use/any other type of allergen? We actually do still have our (real) Christmas tree up too if that could be a cause, but last year we also had a real tree and he was fine.

En définitive, ces observations montrent l'importance de prendre une approche nuancée face à la question de savoir si l'existence des distributeurs automatiques doit continuer. Avec une approche qui favorise les boissons saines, nous pouvons réussir avec cette démarche.

My sister and me are close , she is year and a half older than, I wanna keep this short , so we study abroad and naturally we rent this big apartment with other roommates and you could say we're close with them , the issue is my sister always make this stupid comments about how I treat one of our roommates better than I treat her and anyone else first it was in private, now she does it infront of them i get that she is acting jealous since she is used to have my parentsand my attention, but it's uncomfortable and it is not true , my sister don't express her feelings and she got that tough love thing going on , and I'm a very emotional person I need reassurance and words and clear communication and she is allergic to it . Ofc I told her multiple times to quit it with that comment and she keep saying she is just joking and she only say it infront of us so she won't resent us .I tried reassuring her but I think it's not working Yesterday she was worried about her exam , and kept telling me that, and I have to admit maybe I was in the wrong in this , I laughed it off with her , which is my usual way of acting with exam stress - I thrive on dark humor, it's my coping mechanism - anyway she told me to stop and I did , but out of nowhere she made that ridiculous comment again ,that if it's our roommates( I'll refer to her as N) I'd shower her with hugs and support , I won't say it's completely wrong but it's not true , first I only act that way if N breaks down and came to me asking for comfort , second my sister doesn't do physical touch unless she starts it then it's Okey We argued, yelled and threw blame around I apologized for hurting her feelings but then told her it's not like she is doing a great job at being my older sister and im not going around blaming her . now she is not talking to me .
I tried once giving it back to her but it made things worse and it's not me , I hate it so much and I feel disgusted only thinking about it , but I also hate feeling this emotionally drained , It affect the way I view myself . So what should I do?

So I made a cross chain but it broke playing football with my friends so instead of making a new one I found one on Amazon for 10 bucks but if I ask my dad for one he might say "men don't wear jewelry" or "buying a cross is just a way for companys to make money." Or "you are just wasting your money" so I was thinking about buying an Amazon gift card with cash to buy the cross because when I wear my cross it's not to visible but if I do he might get mad at me for ordering stuff without asking. it all happens to us at least one, where a clown/student did something bad (talk to much, be a nuisance) and the teacher punish everyone for it.
However, I feel this method is flipping terrible way to teach students. Is is especially annoying if the teacher already knows who the annoying student is. Like at least in the case where the teacher could not find the person who did something bad like vandalise a wall, they were trying to get the lesson to him/her. However, if teacher already know who fked up, why punish everyone???
And yes, this can include in CCA too cause I am sure there is at least one UG group who has senior tripping power more than Stalin. :p
