As is inevitable in gaming communities I commonly encounter users blatantly using vulgarity and bold slurs (you know the ones). Also occasionally proper threats of violence and doxxing. Several months ago when I reported these messages discord took action.
I've noticed recently I can report the most obvious TOS violations like malware being spread to children and doxxing which which I consider far worse than the hate speech as this puts people in real life danger.
Did Discord simply decide I report more often than they like or have others out there noticing Discord is turning the other cheek overall?
It was suggested that reporting violations often could be considered "mass reporting" but I googled the TOS and mass reporting would mean encouraging or making multiple reports per message when I just report once per TOS violating message as I see them.

2025.01.19 10:31 Choice_Second_4324 Indian Student Actuary: Does anyone need CM1 study materials which I used for my preparation for IAI / IFOA ? I am not doing anything illegal or violating any copyright.
I have got some study materials for CM1 preparation for both paper A and paper B. Very helpful if you are self studying for CM1. Helpful for IFOA as well as for IAI students. I am not violating any copyrights or doing anything illegal. My qualifications : I am BSc Statistics student and preparing for actuarial exams alongside. I have passed CS1 exam and studying for CM1 ( gonna give this exam this year).
They contain handwritten notes, chapter wise video explanation for both Paper A and Paper B, Formula sheets, compiled PYQ, Revision Notes, Practice Question, etc. You can operate them on your laptop, smartphone, tabs, etc. and can have access to them for unlimited amount of time.
Since the videos are in Hindi and English mixed language so buy them if you are comfortable with Hinglish (Hindi and English ).
I bought them for 13000 INR but I can sell them for 6000 to 7000 INR ( depends ). Yup, I am actually selling them for half the price because let's be honest those coaching classes are expensive and not everyone can afford spending 20000 to 30000 INR on 1 paper and also you have access to them for limited amount of time. Hence someone I know sold them to me for 13000 INR ( that person really needed some financial help as well . Win - Win situation). But I am selling for half the price because why not.
There are some differences between those coaching materials and this : lack mock papers, One to One interactions with the teachers ( obviously these are recorded videos ) , Live Classes ( again obviously ) , targets, Marking on test and mocks. So make sure about what you want before buying them. Also regarding mocks , if you are an IAI student then they conduct 4 mocks every Sunday before the final exam, you don't have to pay anything for them as they are included in your exam fees.
Really helpful for those who are self studying. But these study materials don't guarantee that you will clear the papers. Obviously, you have to study and spend time and practice lots of question yourself.

So I'm just curious to know, do people that suffer from PWM find they get less headaches/symptoms etc when using phones during the day compared (whilst it's light) compared to in the evening when surrounding lights are dim?

So I've had plugs for quite some time but I never actually delved into the specs and trying to get things the way that I want it. Here's what I need help with.
- Setting an up so that way plexures me the title of the folder in Windows. For instance smashing pumpkins came up with an album called Adore and then they remastered it but I want Plex to show me both the original and the remastered version.
- If an original album came out and say 1985 and it was remastered in 2014, how can I make Plex Show me that remastered album where it shows your recently added music. Because the tag will say 2014 but Plex puts it all the way back to when the original date the album came out. I need help sending that up.
- Is there a way to set plugs up so that way it'll show me the most recent pictures of the bands.
