Hey guys so I apologise in advance if these seem ridiculous.
Anyway, so I've been training since about 2009, and progress the last few years has just been zero regardless of eating, sleeping and training intensity. I'm not looking to be the next Mr olympia, just like to add a small bit more size.
So now for the the questions. I'm thinking about just going on a small dose of test. My reason for this is because I'm 33 and constantly tired, low libido so maybe test is low anyway. But again would like a small bit more muscle anyway.
But my questions are:
- I'm currently taking finasteride the past few years, will the extra test result in more hairloss?
- will the fact I'm on finasteride cause me to develop gyno? (I feel I may have a small bit already, but could just be fat so I'm not sure)
- how much test and for how long should I take it? And will this shut down my natural production?
- last but dumb, I know some steroids cause some people's heads to grow larger, is this a result of testosterone or other compounds?

Hi,
English is not my first language so, excuse any mistake or length.
I have a friend 32-F who does good in life. At first, you think she easily navigates in life.
Now, she often does things that just make me mad and wonder if she is just slow.
BF and I are invited her and some friends to a mansion. Invitees don't have to take care of anything than just book their train ticket.
I work as an event planner so, I know what kind of questions will come out. Made one page with 6 points answering the main questions with more pictures than words.
For the transportation part, I put the train station they should arrive and explained it was the closest one to the mansion. I have put a MAP of the line.
Friend book her train ticket to a random and opposite train station which was not even mentioned on the page which makes it hard to go back to the mansion. A Uber would cost an arm so we need to leave the preparation and pick her up. We will be late to welcome other guests.
Another story, we have booked a flight to go on vacation at 3PM. The airline change the flight to 6AM. I CHAT ONLINE with the airline and they put back my reservation to the 3PM flight.
I explain the exact process to my group of friends so they could do the same. This specific friend replies "can you please indicate the EXACT number you have called please??"
It's always that hard. Note my other friends have absolutely no issue or request after my explanations and often answer to her on my behalf.
This is mildly infuriating.

She's also blocked me many times before for no reason her gf hated me at the time i was never into my friend like that i've known her since childhood she blocked me then called me and cried when i confronted her about it months before this started happening. she's made me feel like everything that happens to her is my fault. in addition to her behavior she called me one day to vent while she was in school crying (her and her gf broke up and she kinda blamed me) and halfway through our convo we were trying to fix our friendship she had her friend listen in on our conversation without telling me so obviously i was mad and confronted her because she never acted like this before and she has problems that she doesn't want me telling her sister about and she calls me the asshole
but here's how it went
her:If you don’t want to be friends then you need to block me. Because I feel like our friendship has gone down hill Plus your talking to A (our ex best friend)again soo again I am sorry for all I have done but if you don’t want to be friends then you need to block me and I will leave you alone I am not going to block you but it is up to you if you want to keep our friendship since I was the one who fuck it up to begin with have no right to decide anything I have no excuses and I respect your decision.

So two exams are concluded from group 2 and in both the exams students were cheating openly and even the invigilator was fully aware of it and it was frustrating to watch how the things were going. Even in today’s audit exams a guy was allowed by the teacher to change his seat to sit behind his friend and was told to return to his place 5 mins prior. It was shameful to watch that the invigilator was not snatching their sheets but only giving false warnings and after some time she was fully involved in the act.It happened in both exams and it will happen surely happen in fm sm also.There was no cctv in the room and it was feeling like a 12th class unit test. The atmosphere was nothing like a CA exam and let me tell you i have given exams multiple times but never experienced this.When i gave my foundation exam nobody even dared to cheat.Downfall of CA has really started and it is such a shame that both the invigilators said ‘’kya CA bnoge tum’’ but students were going on and invigilators are also involved in it. Students were covering 40-50 marks with cheating only, especially MCQs.The downfall is real TBH. Lanat hai 🙏🏼🤡

Nothing overly complicated here! I just use the latte setting of my Creatista Plus and add a splash of vanilla extract to the whole milk before frothing.
I like to make the espresso in a separate cup with sugar and mix. Once the milk is frothed I pour the coffee into the cup that’s full of ice, then the frothed milk, then gently stir.
