We bought our first house (new build) in 2021 and have a nice interest rate. However as a family of 5 we've quickly outgrown this 3 bedroom house and the neighborhood isn't the best.
We found a DR Horton 5 bedroom in a phase 2 community that we're on the interest list for. However in order to sign a purchase contract they say our current house has to be under escrow.
They're giving us a timeline of completion in April/May.
I'm just worried about getting screwed because my kids are homeschooled and my husband as well as myself work from home.
We need the funds from the sale of our current home to be able to put the down payment on the next house.
When should I put my house on the market?

Hey, I have an ergometry test tomorrow at the hospital and I'm really scared. The reason is that I actually only get more extrasystoles when I exert myself, sometimes they are also volleys. That's why I haven't done any sport for years and I didn't exert myself fully during the last normal ergometry 1 1/2 years ago, simply because I was worried. Has anyone here experienced the same thing and do you have any tips on how I can think about tomorrow in a relaxed way?

- Was für eine Art Gewerbe muss ich anmelden und wie läuft so ein Geschäft steuerlich?
- Darf ich z. B. auch Gemüse einmachen oder Sauerkraut machen und verkaufen oder gibt es dafür speziellere Auflagen bezüglich der hygienischen Verarbeitung als für unverarbeitetes Gemüse vom Feld?
- Welche Flächen darf ich hierfür nutzen? Darf das Gemüse in einem Schrebergarten angebaut werden oder brauche ich dafür eine Ackerfläche? Es geht hier wirklich um keine große Fläche die ich bewirtschaften würde. Irgendwas zwischen 500 und 1500 Quadratmeter.

I noticed a detail about Sweden in 1178 which changes the dynamic of that country quite a lot. There’s this kid called Sverker Karlsson (of the Sverker dynasty) who is the grand-nephew of king Valdemar of Denmark. He was also the son of the Swedish king Karl, who reigned for six years before being murdered by his rival Knut (the current king of Sweden in 1178).
But for some reason, Karl and his father (Sverker) aren’t listed as Swedish kings in the game, so Sverker the younger doesn’t have a claim to the throne. Which sucks because the conflict between the two royal houses is the only interesting thing about Swedish history in the second half of the 12th century. Especially since the Sverkers were backed by the Danes.
I assume that this is just a minor error. Although, omitting Sverker from having any claim makes Sweden more stable and therefore overpowered compared to real life, so maybe Paradox did it intentionally? In any case, I’d like to get in touch with them about this. How do players usually contact them about corrections for future updates? Just e-mail them directly?

Long story short, I was waiting for a interview at a hotel and she was too. After my interview, there was a break and we talked for like 35-40 minutes. Shared some common interests and had a laugh or two. We both were initiating conversation so it was not me only. Afterwards I left as I had to be somewhere else and her interview already began.
Next day, I found her on instagram and sent a follow request. But damn she did not accept it even though I know she is active.
My only question - as far as for men, a 5 minute talk is enough to have some sort of connect but do girls do this or I was just some stupid fuck.

 | Obviously we're getting Orion with Princley Peril, but has anyone figured out who else we're missing? Going on silhouette and weapons I think I have an idea: RJ (Jungle Fury purple) is obvious with his wolf helmet and wolf morpher weapon. Jack (SPD red) with Delta Blaster Trip or Katie (Time Force green/yellow) with chrono saber. I can't quite make out the tip. Diamond would he green, spade would be yellow. I think the last one is another Aquitar ranger. The sword is looks like an Aquitian Saber, but I have no idea which color. My best guess would be Cestro (blue). 2025.01.19 13:20 Dondochakka888 Is it just me when i have a blue backpack or purple, I only take 3 slots for weapon ammo each weapon (sometimes 2 slots for secondary weapon) and a total of 6 (or 5) ammo slots in backpack? If its gold backpack i take 4 ammo slot for the long range weapon
So I mainly use fuse most of the time and everytime I have a bluepack or purple i only take 6 total slots for weapon ammo, 3 slots for primary and 3 slots secondary. I usually run AR and smg weapons. So for example I use flatline and volt, 3 slots for heavy ammo which is a total of 240 and 2-3 slots for energy ammo, sometimes I want to bring lots of nades so I cut the ammo i bring for the secondary weapon. Am I the only one who ratio'd their ammo count in the backpack like this?
