 | I LOVE color. Love it. But grey? Grey is the color of the precious tree frogs that frequent our window during summer. It's a silvery, jagged stibnite crystal. It's solid concrete. Grey haunts the narrative like how I haunt my house. It's a force of nature - churning mammatus clouds on a blistering hot day. And it's the opposite - a freezing cold winter morning. It's steam from tea that's about to warm you and a comfy wool sweater. Grey is loud without screaming. I (thought to be L/D Ruby) wear grey as my comfort color - mostly lounge wear, hoodies, and all my socks. I lean towards a slightly warmer grey. I'm a digital nomad with an IT consulting business registered in Hong Kong. I'm looking to find a bank or a fintech solution that will be willing to open an account for my business.
I'm a bit weary of the fintech solutions as I've heard a fair share of horror stories about transacrions and accounts being frozen, so I'd like to find a way to arange my fincances and reducing the risk of that happening.
I was wondering if any of you have experience working with any of these fintech companies, and whether you have any other recommendations?
From my research, it seems like Wise might be the most reliable, but they don't have a debit card in HK and it's a big con for me.
Also, if anyone know of a traditional bank that is likely to accomedate a starting buisness such as mine, I'd really appreciate that input as well.

They stated months ago that we would receive at least 118% of our claim amount (supposedly they are paying interest). Right now the amount on the claim portal is just 100% of the funds I had as of November 2022. I’m assuming they will tell us how much interest the payout with interest will be? Also they said at least 18% any chance it’ll be more?

So I get the notification that once again the auto pilot can't make adjustments because I only logged 5 of the 6 days. Where is the 7th day of the week? I get the need for data for accurate results, but how do you ding me for missing a day of logging when the app misses an enire day anyway. This should be 5 of 7 days or 6 of 7, not 5 of 6.

All American content uploaded prior to the ban is still available.
All the US accounts are still active, their videos still able to be watched. Liked videos still there, favourites video still there. So are the comments.
No American content has been deleted from the app.
The FYP still has American videos which were uploaded prior to the ban. My FYP was 90% American prior to the ban, it still is. I’m guessing more new non US content is uploaded it will become more common on my FYP as American content ages.
I’m guessing all they’ve done is block SIM cards registered in the USA from accessing the app but the content and accounts are still available for everyone else in the world. US content is just frozen in time.
It feels as though there was a Thanos snap and instead of disappearing half the population is just frozen in place.
I’m guessing if the ban is lifted, nothing has been erased and you’ll be able to access all your saved data.

Is it worth doing statistics at UCL or should I do maths at a less academically reputable uni? Are the skills more useful for the job than those from a maths degree?
