Playnite/Apollo freezing

I’ve run into a weird issue with playnite recently. For whatever reason when I launch the fullscreen app in a virtual display (using Apollo) my moonlight client loses connection. Looking at my host, the playnite app is running and the virtual display is up and it would appear that playnite is loaded onto that display. I can’t access via moonlight again (host is offline) unless I restart Apollo.
This is a non-issue if I open playnite first (or if it’s already open after restarting Apollo. Then I’ll connect and load into my game tiles and everything works as expected. So I’m assuming it’s an issue with how I have the launch command configured?

In terms of interest paid, does it makes any difference if i were to put an extra (let’s say 20k) into the my down payment. Or hold onto it, and pay that extra 20k a few months after closing on the house.
I know that emergency funds should always be prioritized etc. I am talking about extra money that I’m a bit hesitant to put into the down payment in anticipation of any unexpected costs related to moving and buying houses.
