Bonjour à tous Pour contextualiser un peu je travaille depuis 4 ans en CDI dans une entreprise de verrerie miroiterie (familiale comme on les aimes…) Sans rentrer dans les détails l’entreprise survie depuis quelques temps uniquement grâce à la bonne volonté de mes merveilleux collègues et moi même qui jusqu’à présent n’hésitions pas à donner de notre personne pour maintenir l’entreprise à flot et ceux malgré notamment une organisation pitoyable et un management effrayant d’indifférence face à nos efforts.
Malheureusement pour moi le 19 novembre dernier je me suis déchiré les ligaments du poignet gauche lors d’une manutention sur un morceau de verre et mon métier étant entièrement manuel et requérant de soulever de lourdes charges j’ai fini en accident de travail suite à ce malheureux incident.
Je vais vous épargner toutes les ingérences administratives qui ont suivi ( mauvaises déclarations de l’employeur, déclaration en retard) Et évidement pas de maintient de salaire n’est ce pas faut pas rêver non plus…
Et après m’être remis et m’être bouger pour vite retourner au travail car je ne supportais pas l’idée que mes collègues (qui sont aussi mes amis) fasse mon travail à ma place et soit "obligé" de se tuer a la tâche à ma place. Je reviens donc au travail ou mes patrons viennent me dire que la prime de fin d’année (150€) qui a été versé à tout le monde sauf moi Ne m’a pas été versé PARCE QUE JE N’AI PAS PRIS DE LEUR NOUVELLES DURANT MON ARRÊT… Sachant quand même que je n’ai même pas leur numéro et que c’est moi dans l’histoire qui ne vais pas bien… Mais c’est apparemment à moi de prendre des nouvelles pour savoir comment eux ils vont…
Vous en pensez quoi vous ? Justifié ou un tout petit peu abusé…?

I’ve been skiing since the late seventies and in the last few years it seems lift ticket prices have gone through the roof. As companies like Alterra buy up properties, lift costs have outpaced inflation.
The last ticket I bought was $165 because I had a discount coupon. Condition were fair and I dropped 7 runs before it was too skied off to be fun.

I have been looking to implement schema using JSON LD using various generators and plugins and found out they are very similar except for the way Yoast does it.
Most generators and plugins do not have the "@graph" collections of objects and instead just do it with a single "@type" followed by its properties.

Not sure if a few of you remember but I’ve posted before. Well my beautiful princess is finally home. After getting NEC, having to need 4 surgeries. She has come a long way, and we are home with the g-tube button. I was very scared at first but she’s currently hating the bottle and pretty much anything in her mouth. Hoping to continue with therapy and getting better day by day. 198 days in the NICU.
For those of you going through something similar. Keep praying, have faith 🙏🏽

Hello everyone, I need your help. I don't know what's happening with my printer, it simply stops releasing filament in the middle of printing. I thought it could be a clogged nozzle, but when I remove the extruder and heat the nozzle to do a manual extrusion, the filament comes out easily. So I think the problem may be with my direct drive. Has anyone had a similar problem so they can help me? I don't know what to do.

It doesn’t seem to be open yet unless someone knows different. There haven’t been any jobs posted considering it’s an entire warehouse that needs to be staffed.
