Age & Sex: 32 M
So, I've been taking a multivitamin every day, which contains 900 mcg Vitamin A (100% RDA) and 20 mcg Vitamin D (100%RDA), and also taking an extra 25 mcg of Vitamin D on top of that. I've been trying to gain weight recently, which means I've been also eating a good amount. Besides everything else I'm eating, I've been eating two eggs every day, drinking two glasses of milk, eating chicken, and a good amount of baby carrots, which are all apparently sources of Vitamin A. Well, in the last two days, my stool has become super pale. When I look it up, it says this could be caused by too much Vitamin A/Vitamin D and that it could be hurting my liver.
Should I go to urgent care over this? Also, should I just stop taking my vitamins and cut back on the Vitamin A for a while? I'm just unsure if I should go to the hospital or not.

Saying "love God" and "love your neighbor" doesn’t negate the Ten Commandments, it explains what they’re all about. Those two principles summarize the entire law, but they don’t replace it. Think about it: how do you love God? By putting Him first, not worshiping idols, respecting His name, and keeping His holy day. And how do you love your neighbor? By honoring your parents, not killing, stealing, lying, cheating, or coveting.
Without the Ten Commandments, the ideas of loving God and loving your neighbor become vague and undefined. The commandments show us how to live out that love in real, practical ways. So, if we truly love God and our neighbor, we’ll naturally want to follow His commandments, not out of obligation, but because love is active and demonstrated through our choices.

*Burner account because I'm so paranoid.
We need help with our Kainga Ora neighbours and we're wondering if anyone has gone through this process before?
We own our house in chch and have been here for just under a year. Our next door neighbours are in a Kainga Ora house and have a habit of partying non stop, drug use and physical fighting, pretty much every week and at all hours day/night. It's starting to affect my partner's mental health and our kid's sleeping schedule. Cops have come quite a few times which seems to shut down the party/fighting but it just starts back up the next day.
At this point, we're exhausted and over it. We want to complain but are worried it will be obvious who complained and they'll come after us. Also why we haven't called noise control yet.
So how would I go about it without further jeopardizing my family's safety and my house? We ultimately would prefer they moved out of the house so we can feel safe again and our neighborhood can return to the quiet and peaceful place it was when we first moved in.

Self-Imposed Challenge (No Mods):
- Do not use the Trade Union or any special item for buffs (including ships/airships).
- Start a war instantly with everyone (NPCs choose your favorites; I love Hugo, Vicente, and Alonso) for variety, as they offer unique interactions.
- Never use Docklands, only for decoration and to increase expenses.
- Only 1 big island and 1 small island (for progression purposes and to avoid getting stuck).
- If a small island with 4 needs appears, pick only that island.
- No trade with AI or neutral NPCs (only if a quest requires it).
- Keep neutral NPCs ON for collector purposes; try to complete the entire item list in one playthrough.
- Quests are great for me to avoid loneliness, since WAR is active forever. (Sometimes, I keep Hugo friendly to collect some of his items; after that, I war with him.)
- Customize difficulty on CUSTOM MAP SETTING to reach hard. For me, bigger maps are harder to explore than smaller ones, so I find smaller maps less challenging. However, this is very much a matter of personal preference for each player!
- Thanks to the amazing community for keeping the game fresh. The mod creators are the real heroes here.
- (NEW RELEASE MOD) Noblesse Oblige (Ricky & Taludas) — It's a population tree (this is a recently released mod, love it).
- (NEW RELEASE MOD) Mayan Treasures — This is a new population tree.
- (NEW RELEASE MOD) Immigrants_And_Their_Fields_MU — This is a new population tree.

- Free Farmfield Placement (Taludas) — For aesthetic purposes, I love making beautiful cities without the restriction of farming placement crops.
