I hooked up the recommended ethernet cable to the back of my ps5 and into my router, but I'm at my girlfriends house playing on her internet which is great but my portal is still frequently very laggy. I am trying to stay in the gym 3x a week at minimum to strength train. I work a physical job so finding time for rest days and training can be hard.
I basically have started from the bottom up after being out of the gym due to injury for 2 years.
I am wrapping up week 4 and my period starts in 4 days… I came in today and I feel fatigued I definitely can’t do my normal day. So I am dropping the weights, sticking to machines, but still targeting same muscle groups.
Does this sound appropriate? Never in my life was I conscious of my cycle with workouts but as I’ve gotten older and off BC (26) I am realizing how necessary it is.
Any advice? I hate feeling lazy.
