Hi all, I have done a TONNE of research and still can't find and answer to my question. What I want to do is have to connect my Apple Watch to a stationary bike (so things like cadence, distance, power) and being sent to my Apple Watch and to do a custom workout, either from TrainingPeaks or one I made myself. Then, when I finish my workout, this would save the whole workout (including power etc) to my Apple fitness. I thought this would be pretty simple but I just cannot figure out if this is something that's possible.
At my gym we have these expensive Matrix bikes which have integration with GymKit, so I tap my Apple Watch to the sensor and it works in terms of syncing all this data, however it starts an 'open' workout by default and this can't be changed. So this is one half of the solution. Alternatively, I could start the custom workout on my watch and pedal on the bike but none of the cadence, power or distance data would get captured on my watch (as they are essentially not linked). This is the other side of the solution.
I have looked at buying something like a Schwinn IC4/8 bike which says it connects to Bluetooth, but now I'm lost because the Matrix bike I use at my gym says it uses Bluetooth also but functionally doesn't achieve what I want. Is anyone able to shed some light on what on earth is going on here and if the Schwinn bike would solve my issues? Or, ideally, how I can achieve this goal using the Matrix bikes at my gym? I watched Muyskerm's gameplay videos on this game, so I picked it up on Steam and thought I'd give it a whirl today.
......I've already got like six hours on this game and the sky is starting to turn blue on the planet.
It's amazingly addicting and satisfying at the same time to see progress happening!
I played both Subnauticas which are both stellar in their own right, so this game gives me that vibe (minus the terrifying monsters).
Loving this!!! I'm hoping there's more storyline or lore behind the wrecked ship on the planet. That has me intrigued as I assume that was already there before I crashed down onto it to begin terraforming the place.

Can anyone provide clarity on reasons why a soul would choose to incarnate in a specific country or area. I was born in the US, and have always felt very misaligned with it (guns, health care, work culture) even as a younger child I always felt unhappy with the culture, made worse as I got older and realized how other countries had it (yes I know many countries have it much harder than in the us). I spent many years living overseas, before being brought back to the us due to visa laws. As someone who is pro choice, gets angry seeing all of the flaws in the health care system, and how limiting the us is for many people, along with being a progressive and liberal minded person in this current environment, I am trying to understand why my soul wanted to be born here. The upcoming political climate is amplifying this for me (I know we all have different beliefs though). I always feel like it was a mistake I am from here, and am looking for a higher perspective on why I am forced to be in the United States during this time, when even the flag is triggering me at this point

Hello!
I'm currently away from home travelling with my fiancé (we only got engaged a couple of weeks ago since we've been abroad so I am still getting used to saying that!) We are from the UK and when my partner was made redundant at the end of last year we took the opportunity to turn a negative into a positive, packed our lives up, rented our house out and decided to travel for as long as we could. We started in Indonesia but I have some family spread around Australia so we are there at the moment. Between staying with family we have been mostly in a combination of hotels and hostels, and it’s been a little tricky because I’m still trying to keep my business running while we are away, so we are really craving those extra few square feet and home comforts!
We have been members of Home Exchange for a while but it seems everyone wants to exchange with points these days and we didn't have very many so we let the membership lapse! We are thinking of signing up again and giving it another go but not sure how successful it will be without many points to our name!
I was wondering, if anyone out there might have more guest points than they would be able to use, would you consider sharing them? I know it's SO cheeky to ask (I'm cringing while writing this!), especially because you don't know us, but we would be happy to pay something towards it :) We are really trying to make the most of this fleeting opportunity / moment in time to explore as much of the world as possible over the next month or two before we need to get back to the UK and start thinking about starting a family of our own, knowing all the added restrictions and responsibilities that will come with!
Again I know this is SUCH a cheeky ask so I'm fully prepared to not get any replies, I just thought I would throw the ask out into this world! Thank you so much for reading :)

So I’m 22 m and I have bad anxiety. I used to take meds but stopped several years ago. With that came back my social anxiety, I fear to talk to people unless they talk to me. When people make jokes I can’t make any comebacks I only resort to “yeah” or words like that. But with family I feel very extroverted and outgoing. And my mind feels slower but in public my heads always full of thoughts and racing what feels like a million miles per hour. Any advice ? I feel just going out there and talking to people would help but what are good steps to take ?

I'm requesting some feedback about my labs and if they indicate anything more than gastroparesis and related sequelae. I do feel like more is going on, just based on general ill feeling but idk.
42f, 5'3, 146lbs.
Hx: idiopathic gastroparesis (dx 2020), eat by mouth. ADHD, GAD.
Here we go:
July 2024 : Gatroparesis symptoms flared up after a long remission.
Aug 2024: Hospitalized. high anion gap acidosis, hypokalemia, hypoglycemia
Sept 2024: 3cm angiolipoma removed from right anterior thigh, in office procedure.
Dec 2024: hospitalized after being found on the floor at home when unable to be reached for 2 days. high anion gap metabolic acidosis, hypokalemia with arrhythmia, hypochloremia. Lost 19lbs between December 4th and December 28th, weight now stable.
Medications: Metoclopramide 10mg 4x/day Zofran 4mg PRN Azstarys 39.2 mg 1x/day Clonidine .1mg nightly N-Acetyl Cysteine 600mg daily Miralax PRN
Below are all of my recent labs and scans.
Xray November 2024 - Findings: There is a paucity of gas throughout the abdomen. No dilated loops of bowel. Mild colonic stool burden. The liver appears to be enlarged. No pneumatosis or portal venous gas. No gross pneumoperitoneum. The lung bases are clear. No acute osseous abnormality. Impression: 1. Mild colonic stool burden without findings of obstruction. 2. Hepatomegaly.
Ultrasound Abdomen November 2024: FINDINGS: Visualized portion of the pancreas appears unremarkable. Common bile duct is normal in caliber. IVC is unremarkable. Aorta is normal in caliber. Some increased echogenicity in the anterior left lobe of the liver likely some focal fatty infiltration. Spectral Doppler of the portal vein demonstrates hepatopedal flow. Small amount of sludge in the gallbladder lumen. No abnormal gallbladder wall thickening. Right kidney 9.6 cm in greatest longitudinal dimension.
CT Abdomen November 2024: FINDINGS: Lung bases clear. No acute fracture. No focal liver lesions. Small amount of sludge in the gallbladder. Spleen, adrenal glands, kidneys and pancreas show no significant abnormality/change. Abdominal aorta normal in caliber. Underdistention of much of the colon limits evaluation. No evidence for appendicitis. No bladder stones. Uterus present. Trace free fluid lower pelvis likely physiologic. No free air. No focal gastric wall thickening seen.
Gastric Emptying Scan (January 2025): The T1/2 for the solid phase emptying is 381 minutes. Normal range is between 45 and 109 minutes. Findings would be concerning for either gastric outlet obstruction or gastroparesis.
Xray January 2025: Impression: Nonspecific bowel gas pattern with a few scattered air-fluid levels within the large and small bowel suggestive of enterocolitis changes without focal transition point by radiographs. Small to moderate colonic stool load.
Amylase: 78 u/l
Lipase: 111 u/l
Magnesium 1.9 mg/dl
H. Pylori ag stool : negative
TSH: 5.08
T3: 3.1 pg/ml
T4: 1.0 ng/dl
C-Peptide: 4.1 ng/ml
HsCRP: 71 mg/dl (is this worrisome?)
Thyroglobulin Ab: 17 [iu]/ml
Thyroperoxidase 13 [iu]/mg
Iron: 47, TIBC: 330, UIBC: 283 ug/dl
Folate: 3.2 ng/ml
Ferritin: 30 ng/ml
Lipids: Cholest: 203, Trigly: 58, HDL 55, LDL 136, VLDL: 12, Cholest/HDL ratio: 3.7
CMP outpatient January 2025: most are completely within normal limits, ALT: 8, potassium 3.4
CBC outpatient January 2025: all within normal limits except HCT 35%, neutrophils 7.7 10*3/ul

hello! was hoping to get some advice on this situation. so about a year ago when my roommate and I were looking for an apartment, she kept on saying no to every place I really liked bc it didn’t have the stuff she needed (aka, a washer and dryer in unit, and a certain price range and bedroom sizes). I eventually agreed to this one place she really liked but it only had one parking spot so I said I would agree to this place if I had the parking spot during the school year and she could have it over the summer. she agreed and we moved in for the next school year a few months later. gas forward to close to the end of the school year and we resign lease. she mentions that she is saving money to buy a car, but she is worried about street parking and we should split a pass. I didn’t know what she was talking about and she said for the next school year when we switch back and forth over the spot we should split a street parking pass. I told her I agreed to live here if I get the pass for the school year and she gets it for the summer, but she said she didn’t remember that and it is only for this school year not next school year. Should I cave on this? I’m a horrific street parker and didn’t think I would have to worry about this. Thanks.
