Looking for some advice, or at least someone to commiserate.
My husband and I had been on rocky territory for a while. The stress of parenting, aging parents, and Covid really took their toll. I'll admit me becoming the main breadwinner for our household also seems to have really hurt him because he had a lot of negative feelings about his job.
A few months ago he started exhibiting some very aboidant behavior which I discovered (through a very LD-non approved fight) was him seeing a therapist. He was prepping himself to plan a divorce.
We went through all the usual bad steps--fighting, couples counseling, blah blah blah.
I'm OK with a lot of that because getting our unhappiness out in the open has at least made us closer in the sense of acknowledging a lot of the unsaid hurts. He hasn't moved out yet but is researching places and us working through the financial stuff.
Finally just after Christmas we really had it out and he admitted he's been chatting someone online and a lot of the reason he doesn't want to reconcile is because he prefers her as a romantic partner. That night I discovered LD and the skills which has given me to much understanding and peace since then.
I'll admit I totally discount the other woman. I've got home field advantage and what man wouldn't prefer physical touch to messages and pictures online? I consider her a symptom of the problem, and through reading the book and starting the process I understand a lot of what I was doing to contribute to sucking all the oxygen out of our relationship.
My question for the more seasoned here is how do you implement the skills without coming across as manipulative? I want to heal myself and be better for our family--and be happier in my life. But I still feel like I'm running around with "pick me!" stamped on my forehead which can't be appealing, and is also frankly a little pathetic.
Real change takes time and I've only just started the process so maybe I'm just being hard on myself and need a little time and space. But I would love to hear from those farther along.
What helped you really get into the process and find genuine peace and success?

Dói, mas dói pra krl. Pq as coisas não podem só funcionar? Pq tudo tem que ser tão difícil? Eu ainda não consigo acreditar que tudo que um dia eu sonhei, está escorrendo pelos meus dedos.
Amar é uma desgraça, olhar pra essa pessoa e nem se quer sentir rancor e raiva, uma pessoa que te fez tão mal e vc ainda olha no fundo do olha dela e fala "eu quero seu bem acima de tudo".
Eu queria poder esquecer que um dia já amei esse alguém, poder voltar para a época em que éramos só amigos e seguir sendo só isso mesmo. A sensação que dá é de que nunca irei amar assim dnv.
E esse é mais um conjunto de palavras e frases desconexas que irão para a lixeira de "desabafos sobre amores no domingo a noite" desse sub. Só queria dormir e não acordar pra parar de sentir essa dor no peito.

Does anyone else have a problem with AFMF randomly disabling itself then starts working again? I wouldn’t care but it does it a lot during certain games. Some games it completely fine and it’ll only happen once or twice during a session but other games it’s literally every few minutes.

Im looking to buy a over ear headset, i was looking at hyperx clouds/alphas they cost $250 where i live. I was browsing and saw better audio brands like beyer and sennheiser also makes headsets around that price range. I would love to buy a great headset from a reputable audiophile brand than hyperx .
I just want to know which one to buy(beyer dt's or sennheiser hd's) mostly for gaming/movies and stuff. Wireless would be great but if had to go wired way thats fine too.

Have you ever tried a liver cleanse tincture and/or black seed oil for hypothyroidism? If so, any noticeable difference in TSH levels?
I’m a holistic person. Before hypothyroidism, I rarely took meds 😔
Context: I have struggled with my TSH leveling out since 2021. I have gained an insane amount of weight (went from 135 to 180 and been down to 165 ish), eat well, and work out regularly. Doctor won’t do anything because we’re TTC. Used Levo and never responded to it so switched to Synthroid last year. I’m also doing IVF for TTC. Synthroid worked until we did 1 IVF cycle last year and it jacked my TSH levels up and still can’t get it balanced back out.
I’m exhausted. I feel like I can’t get any help. I’m in an unfamiliar body to me plus dealing with anxiety attacks and mental being struggles when my TSH increases. I need some relief and feel like taking it in my own hands is the only answer.

Hello everyone, I've been enjoying HW2 so far but one tricky thing I can't seem to understand is the rocks falling in the caves. I've lost a good few runs to this and I come here asking if there is any sort of indicator or way around this?
The stones seem to fall directly on me at random, like straight bullying targeting. I cannot see any sort of indicator other than the shadow in one frame and my death in the second. I've had it where the room is clear, no enemies or trip wires, I take a sip or a bite of something only to be crushed as my hand leaves the keyboard
