Pienso, por ejemplo, en las personas de la tercera edad que viven de las rentas de sus propiedades. Si esta ley se aprueba, ¿qué les queda? ¿Cómo podrán sostenerse si un tercero ocupa su propiedad y la justicia les deja desprotegidos?

Hi everyone I’m just wondering if this is worth going to the doctor for. I missed my pill about 4-5 days ago. But have been taking it consistently since. But I’ve been bleeding? At first it was brown sort of like old blood but now it’s bright red/a little brown but not enough to fill a pad or tampon. Is this something I should be worrying about? Hi everyone. I know this already sounds silly based off of the title, but I truly feel defeated by that game. At any even moment, he will be so enthralled by his chess game that he is dead to the world. A simple hello? Ignored. I love you? Ignored. We recently have been able to wake up together due to me working less days, but the moment he is awake he is glued to his phone playing chess and won’t even look at me. I feel like I have to beg him to say hello or say I love you back, and even when he does after multiple attempts, eye contact is out of the question. I think it’s fun that he has chess as a hobby and I don’t want him to stop doing something that he enjoys. It’s just starting to really hurt my feelings that I’m a consistent second to some random guy across the world that he’s playing with. When I’ve tried to talk to him about this, he’ll sometimes acknowledge that it is a problem and sometimes just say “well there’s only a few more minutes” (it’s never just a few more minutes). I am just stuck between feeling insane and controlling and also trying to validate my feelings of just wanting my partner to f**king respond when I speak? Or acknowledge I exist? Even when he plays Ps5 with his friends he isn’t so dead to the world. I don’t know guys. Am I being crazy? Am I overreacting??

2025.01.20 20:50 ShouRonbou Should I just wait to get a better Pc?
Alright so Im going to try and make this a very long story short. I've been using a gaming laptop for a while, still runs pretty well but it is showing signs of age. Like where I could once play a video game on once screen and stream some how on another, It can't do that. but otherwise it's fine.
I have a friend who will be moving in with me, coming from a pretty shit situation and had to leave a lot of their stuff behind. So right now in terms of computers it's just the laptop.
We both want to start streaming, but with OBS only a very select few games on the worst settings can run. Now hopefully by June to sometime Next fall I'll come into some money that will allow us to get a pretty heavy duty gaming PC. So now We are trying to figure out, should we just deal with what we have now? or game a lesser expensive Pc that can handle a bit and use that. I think at most it would have to run like Fortnite or FFXIV with OBS.
Obviously the upsides of getting something now would be we could start streaming sooner, and have a backup computer for later in a emergency situation. But also downsides would be getting a computer might only be used for a few months then collect dust. So what do you guys think? And if you have any recommendations on computers like under $1,200 that would also be helpful.

I graduated in August 2024 and since then I have not been able to get a job in chemical engineering. I got a first job on december 2024 as a lab technician in a local company for a 6 month contract with the possibility of hiring. I wonder if I should give up looking for a job in chemical engineering since I am leaving school with a GPA of 2.3 and without any internship. Or should I apply for internships or just settle for this lab job. Is there still hope for me for an engineering position?

My husband has a conditional green card as we weren’t married 2 years when we filled. The 2 years is up this summer and we will be applying to remove the conditions on the green card and eventually apply for citizenship. Not saying anything pro or against Trump, but does anyone think there’s a reason to worry about Trump and legal immigrants? Do you think any of the policies could affect our application to remove conditions or any other legal immigration applications? TIA!
