Hi ❤️ I am just curious and can't seem to get but hints of an answer on Google and then suddenly remembered reddit: if a flask had phosphoric acid in it and an amount of pd/c 5% were placed in it, classic catalytic hydrogenation set up with balloon attached, what would be the products. All this started with a video on YouTube where someone was making a phosphite using phosphorous acid and it being one off from phosphoric, I got to thinking "how could I get it down to that?" Now knowing how powerful a reductant palladium is I imagine the oxygen would be entirely cleaved leaving phosphine gas, which seems likeliest. Would this be the likely product or would it be something entirely different?

2025.01.20 23:20 Silly-Teach3847 How did you find out you had DVT?
I’m 10 days post-op from an ACL with hamstring graft and meniscus repair.
For the most part, I’ve been able to get my swelling and pain controlled with ice and OTC pain meds but my inner upper calf is super painful with a huge dark bruise that starts behind my knee and goes down the side of my leg. It feels really tight and tender and it’s the only place I can’t seem to get the swelling down and it makes it really tough to get comfortable or wear my brace. Is this normal??
I keep reading about warning signs of blood clots but I really don’t want to be overdramatic and go in before my two week check-up at the end of this week if I don’t have to. Has anyone else had this happen?

I love digging deep with people about our emotions, thoughts, ambitions, dreams, and all the silly stuff in between. I think it's an excellent way to feel like you're genuinely connected to another person. It can be very uncomfortable but I'd argue all the nicest things in life require a bit of discomfort first, to appreciate the authenticity and comfort that comes after (i sound like i'm enlightened but i promise i'm far from it).
A bit about me: I'm 28, south asian, work in tech (obviously), love to read, write, gym, watch movies and shows, travel, explore new hobbies (i've done so much this year), meet new people and act like I'm a good therapist on occasion (I think I'm amazing)

Just finished this series for the first time. I get the budget this show was on. Both from a writing point of view and CGI. But despite it all, this show was something else, something so unique. I have never experienced or watched someone like this. The ending made me cry. Easily my top 3 if not my #1.

Tree is in grow tent. Humidity stays a constant 62-66%. Heat 73 degrees Fahrenheit. Not sure what is happening with these? Super crispy like they are dried out but even with heater blowing (below all leaves at bottom of tent) humidity stays high in there. Any help is appreciated.

2025.01.20 23:20 Kanma Intermittent problems with the vertical speed buttons on the Garmin
Hello
Since a few days, I have intermittent problems with the vertical speed buttons on the Garmin of the C400 (in career mode, not sure if it happens or not with other planes or in free flight mode, since it doesn't happens every time).
Here is what's happening:
A click on either VS or FLC buttons correctly change the vertical speed mode displayed on the PFD, but the tooltip text over the button goes from OFF to ACTIVE to OFF immediately. The mode is correctly set though: the PFD still display the correct info, and the AP follows it. But neither the NOSE UP nor the NOSE DOWN buttons are doing anything (I guess because, say, the VS button indicates OFF). Same behavior in the PIT mode: impossible to set the pitch angle.
So I basically have to disable AP, put the plane at either the desired vertical speed or airspeed and click on the button to engage the vertical speed mode at that specific speed before activating the AP again.
Sometimes restarting the game fix the problem, sometimes not (and we all know how much time it takes to launch it).
Did someone encounter this problem? I failed to find any mention of it, which might indicate that something on my config is wrong (but I might not have used the correct terms).
I'm not using any mod, and no input is assigned to those Garmin buttons.

So a month ago I thought I burned my eyes from using a new moisturizer, it took 3 weeks for it to finally go away. Since that I haven’t used any of my makeup or skincare products other than aquaphor. I woke up today with the same issue- swollen + itchy redness around eyes, red rash on neck. I don’t have health insurance at the moment and I don’t know if this is something more than dermatitis or something to make it worth seeking a medical professional for. I have been scaring myself into thinking I have an autoimmune disease and am curious if anyone knows what this could be if anything, thanks!

2025.01.20 23:20 andersleet Win Server 2019 activating CAL
I purchased a Windows Server 2019 Standard (which is activated and not a cracked version) operating in a VMWare Workstation Pro 17 VM. I also purchased two separate CAL licenses; both are for 50 seats, one is Per Users and the other is Per Devices.
The server is stand-alone local; not on a domain. I do not have a separate server set up at this time.
After some hours of searching, I discovered that in order for Per User CALs on Server 2019 or later you MUST also install and configure Active Directory (which I do not want or should need to do since it is a stand-alone server; I could be wrong, though).
That is why I purchased the Per Devices CAL license. So I removed the Per User CAL license and added the Per Device CAL license.
In the:
Tools > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Licensing Manager
it shows the built-in Windows 2000 built in TS Per Device CAL, and the (purchased) Per Device CAL (Retail Purchase). No Per User CAL is listed.
However, my issue is that under:
Tools > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Licensing Diagnoser
it displays 0 (should show 50?) licenses available for clients and Licensing Mode as Per User, which I would think should be Per Device instead?
It also lists a URL for a license server (the server name I recognize, not something random or pre-set) and it shows License [server] is not available. I would assume because that server is not set up to be a licensing server.
I also see from this Microsoft website to go to:
Remote Desktop Settings > Overview > Edit Deployment Properties > RD Licensing under Server Manager.
However since the server is not on a domain I cannot access that page due to the error "You are currently logged on as local administrator [...]", which is presumably because the server is not attached to a domain.
I may have missed something simple. Do I need to reinstall the server and start fresh in order to utilize the Per Device CAL license? Do I have to configure a domain? Is there a work-around I did not find yet?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is for my informed knowledge. I've received my 1099-R for tax year 2024. I performed an in-plan Roth conversion from my tIRA to my Roth IRA and my tIRA only had only after-tax contributions prior to Roth conversion. They were non-deductible tracked on my 8606 form. I had rolled over the pre-tax (growth) to a an employer plan prior to Roth conversion which I received a 1099-R for this activity as well.
On the 1099-R, box 14 and box 16 have zero state taxes witheld and zero state distribution. Box 15 shows the state and id number. On my tax return, do I need to report the full conversion amount from box 2 to my state even though my 1099-R shows blank in boxes 14 and 16?
