2025.01.20 21:00 Puzzled_End1038 a customer accusing me of doing something illegal instead of nicely pointing out his concern
a customer today at work bought a barbecue roll (i don’t remember the exact name but it was roll) and the barcode was not working so i had to go back to deli to get a new one but mistakenly the coworker gave me a code of something similar which costs .50 cents more.
i scanned it and the customer literally said, “you know it’s literally illegal of you to charge me more than what i am buying” in a very aggressive hasty tone.
i looked at the screen, cross checked and went back immediately to get it changed again, there was a technical issue with the barcode of that specific product so it took 2-3 minutes more to get it fixed.
even the manager got involved briefly, he apologised to the customer.
i finally did the transaction and the guy goes “thank you so much”.
i literally looked at him with a blank stare which i never do. i ALWAYS say “thanks have a good day!” with a big smile to every customer after every transaction that i’ve been complimented for my smile by one of them.
the whole point of this post is please be mindful of your words as a customer, i know it’s annoying to see something unfair but we, the service industry workers, are also humans.
he could’ve easily said, “Hi i think you scanned the wrong code, i got X prepared not Y.”

Hello,
I a not sure about the rule for this question so hopefully its not take down. I had bought inner engineering during 2020 covid year and it was very helpful. I practiced it daily and the benefits were great. After their new launch of inner engineering they have blocked access to old content and videos on the website. Now to use their new program I have to pay again. This seems like a bad practice to follow. I understand that inner engineering lessons were for one time watch only however there were lot more content that one could access on the website which is now blocked unless I upgrade. I did email their team but no response. Is there anything else I can do here to get access back to old videos and contents of inner engineering ?

Went into the dentist because I felt water coming out of my nose when rinsing and air out of my mouth when I accidentally blew my nose slightly. Turns out that a sinus communication has developed on the top left side of my mouth, and I have a few questions:
— How long does this typically take to resolve? — Does this mean a blood clot hasn’t formed? — It’s day 4 for me, and I haven’t really started to eat solid foods. Should I hold off and continue eating only liquids, or can I start to eat pasta/noodles/etc?

That was a lie! The mentor character, Diane, DEFINITELY dresses like a spiritual gypsy; but the others I have no clue. I tried using Gacha Life, I even made one character, but i can't get past the cartoonishness & its way too much effort. On top of this, I'm not very knowledgeable about fashion at all. So it's hard to trust my intuition about this & choose something I don't know much about.

2025.01.20 20:59 ImportantMacaroni868 Kendamil GI issues
Hi, I’m a first time poster, I’ve been really conflicted when it comes to formula for my 8 week old and need some advice.
He’s been on kendamil classic for the past 4 weeks and seemed to tolerate it okay. The main issues were reflux, spit up, and he was also not having regular bowel movements (once every 2-3 days, sometimes constipated despite giving 2oz of prune juice). I read online that some babies do well on kendamil goat because it helps constipation and is easier to digest. I started him on it 3 days ago and he was doing well the first couple days, he drank more than usual and he even had a bowel movement without any prune juice. Suddenly yesterday evening though he started spitting up again but it was mostly clear with some milk chunks in it. Then last night he started having reflux symptoms (gagging while lying down and spitting up) 2-3 hours after feeding which seemed really odd to me. The reflux is the worst he’s ever had and I couldn’t put him down at all. This is all despite him being on .3ml of pepcid twice a day. Has anyone experienced this before? If it weren’t for the reflux I’d probably stay on it longer to see if it goes away in a week or two. I’m thinking about just switching back to the classic since I’d rather deal with the constipation.
Also Are there any other similar formulas that anyone recommend? Baby is gaining weight fine so far so no one seems concerned about his reflux but I’m worried because he’s started drinking less on a lot of his feeds. My husband doesn’t want to switch from kendamil because it’s European and thinks it’s not worth switching unless baby starts having issues gaining weight. I’m a FTM and might just be worrying about all this too much. I’m thinking now that he might do well on an A2 cow milk formula but I don’t want to be putting him through so many formula transitions.
Also he’s been tested and does not have a milk protein allergy.

Nun stehe ich vor der Frage: Soll ich es der anderen Frau sagen? Ich habe den Eindruck, dass sie nichts von mir weiß und genauso belogen wird wie ich. Mein Ziel ist nicht, Schaden anzurichten, sondern sie darüber zu informieren, was für ein Mensch er ist, damit sie Entscheidungen auf Basis der Wahrheit treffen kann. Ich würde ihr in einer respektvollen Nachricht alles erklären.
Dennoch frage ich mich, ob es die richtige Entscheidung ist oder ob ich mich besser raushalten sollte. Würdet ihr es ihr sagen?
