I simply CANNOT get my toe touch correct. ITS SO HARD!! I have this stupid mental block and whenever I do attempt it I can't get my legs high enough because I'm scared I'll land wrong and fall. I'm doing this on a concrete floor and I'm pretty flexible and sorta strong in my legs. Tips??

i was supposed to receive a 338 a month premium based on an income of 35,000. they gave me a premium of 443 for 10 months, 147 for a month, and then 0 for the last month. My income was actually 32k this year. I am unsure why they gave me so much on my premium, but i did underestimate my income. would i have to pay anything back this year? i am still waiting on other forms so i have not been able to use a software to plug in my information.

I know the likelihood is probably extremely low since the bottom 3 are just so much worse than everyone else, but I'm curious whether there is even a sliver of a chance of this happening (I've seen people claim that it's not possible, which, with 16 games left to go and only 10 points clear of the relegation zone, I'm finding unlikely... but I'm not smart enough to conduct this myself)

I’m not sure if I’m too late for this because I know some people that gave gifts to their teachers the end of last semester during Christmas time. And I was planning on too but I got so busy with exams that I kind of forgot and now I feel really bad…😭Do you guys think it is okay if I give them now? When do people normally give them?
Also I’m planning on giving them a box of chocolates, a card, and a gift card. My parents said to give $50 but I’m not sure if that is too much cuz I was thinking $25? What do you guys think

Hey! I’m a newly returned skier after 25 years away. I’m 6’1”, 215 lbs, and currently intermediate (I ski parallel, can stop when I want to, comfortable on blues and can handle most blacks, etc). I want a pair of skis to help me get good again, and learn to carve. I’ll be skiing mostly in Ontario, some Quebec/Vermont/New York. I’ll probably get other skis for west coast powdeoff piste exploration at some point, so these don’t need to be those skis, but I’d love to be able to pop into the glades from time to time. I think I want skis with a narrower waist and in the all mountain or carver categories but I’m very much at the beginning of my journey trying to educate myself on what to look for in a ski and I’m having a hard time going from the geometric fundamentals to which ski to buy. Any and all suggestions and advice welcome and appreciated, especially a framework for better understanding and talking about this, specific models to try and demo(and why?), etc.

Also about text books, are they needed when learning japanese? Is it a good idea to download apps you can speak to japanese speakers to?- if so lmk the app names and if its worth it.
