2025.01.20 23:20 imhudson Weird trend? Supports with lord portraits holding ultimates for multiple domination rounds, including team fights that get us pushed off the objective?
Anyone else seeing this multiple times per day? Wondering how unique this experience is if at all.
I understand its quickplay. I understand Lord portraits just mean "hours played," not "good at this character." I'm not expecting optimal usage of ultimates. Hell, I'm not expecting much of anything.
But its crazy to see multiple lord portrait Luna/Mantis players seemingly playing like the ONLY use of their ultimate is to block an enemy ultimate, but I just watched a Mantis die, self-res, and die again with ult after holding it for the entire round of a close game.
I've similarly seen Lord Jeffs hold ultimate for the entire round of Domination when we've had like 4 team fights on the objective.
I'm genuinely asking: Can someone give insight into this decision making? I get it that QP is a wide spectrum of all skill levels, but resisting the urge to hit the big shiny Q button for an entire round is just such a wild idea to me.

I luckily was able to get my hands on a Cecile doll and she came with her meet dress which I really like and looks great on her. Unfortunately I am not a fan of alot of her other outfits. Due to her short run she doesn't have alot and because most of it is shared with Marie Grace it doesnt feel as personal as the other dolls. The color choices for me are also very harsh especially the pink and mint green. I do love her summer outfit but its so expensive on the resale market. Those who have a Cecile do you have any recommendations for outfits she'd look great in?

I need help from someone smarter than myself. I think we now have a unique opportunity to record history as it happens. Trump won…we all know that. But what continues to somehow be disputed is whether or not he’s a fascist.
We can literally track this. His reign officially starts today. Can someone or some organization properly track the bullet points of what it means to be a fascist and then mark them off (along with providing accompanying proof)? No opinions. No past references to before January 20th, 2025. Strictly educational recorded history.
This isn’t to change the minds of his followers. We know they’re gone. It’s more to make sure history continues to be captured and is based on fact. It may be more important than ever before. We have the means to do it. But who can actually make this happen in a way that it can be referenced, shareable, and protected?
