2025.01.21 02:20 Big_Shop_8042 HR exposed my Exit Interview sheet, can I decline to comment with my boss? [CA]
Today I put in my 2 weeks. I told my boss through email that I was leaving and just gave the generic reason of pursuing new opportunities but she told me to ask HR for our company's process. I asked a HR rep and she told me they'd handle everything and all I needed to was fill out an Exit Interview sheet. I will say this is my fault but I assumed that this sheet was only going to be used during the Exit Interview and used after I left so I honestly wrote down why I was leaving which was because of lack of support and professionalism from management and a toxic team environment.
However I got to my desk and there was an email from HR. They did handle stuff by telling my boss that I would be resigning, what day I'd be leaving, a few things I had to do before but they also scanned and sent my Exit Interview sheet. I wanted to leave amicably but this has made it impossible.
My question is if my boss asks about what I wrote, can I decline to answer and say I'm uncomfortable discussing it and will only discuss it in my HR Exit Interview?

Hi, I'm developing a Windows security service that will be deployed via Intune. It needs to run as the current user, but it also needs elevated permissions. Specifically, it needs to be able to access the TPM to store a cryptographic key. Is there a way to deploy this app with permissions pre-authorized, so that will not present a UAC prompt to the end user?

مثلا كان عندي قناعة ان الشكل ماله ذيك الأهمية بالقبول لين ما جتني فترة نزلت وزني واهتميت بمظهري اكثر ولاحظت فرق التعامل من ناس كثير حولي
كان عندي قناعة ان لو تغربت وعشت بعيد عن اهلي برتاح ويصير عندي حرية اكبر لكن مريت بمواقف خلتني احس مستحيل أعيش بعيد عنهم وحاجتي لهم المعنوية كبيرة
