I'm not a parent but
- how the hell are they not messing up the timeline and especially present of their world every time they travel backwards in time to meet bob ross or something?? With how much they've done it the entire series the entire world should be kidnapped by alien space monsters or whatever in the present day
- how are the famous people their meeting having mustaches and gray beards when their like 7 and no one around them even says "hey, that kid was born looking like a grown adult and hasn't aged in the past 30 years, maybe we should question that????"
- these famous people, meet xavier, yadina, and brad, ONCE, and then the trio disappears, timeskips 30 years later to meet them again, and guess what the famous historical figures have to say? NOTHING.
I think the most likely answer is it's a simulation and not actually real which makes sense but I'm still going to rip this little kids show's plot to pieces questioning it just because

I will be voluntarily admitted to an inpatient eating disorder facility. There are 2 schools of thought regarding weighing ED patients: one posits that patients should not be allowed to see their weight as it can cause distress and fixation, the other advocates that patients should see their weight as the avoidance of the scale gives the number more power over them and allows patients to learn to cope with it. I fall into the second camp, meanwhile the program’s policy is aligned with the first.
In short, I am not comfortable with stepping on the scale backwards and allowing others access to health information that I myself am not allowed to have. Moreover, I find it degrading and dehumanizing. If this policy is firm, I will not agree to be admitted to the program.
I understand that I can request my medical records and that I must receive a response within 30 days. However, this is not an ideal solution given the delay. I also acknowledge that I will be a voluntary patient, and perhaps agreeing to be admitted is also agreeing to step on the scale backwards every week.
I’m just wondering if there is anything I can do here. I would really like to access the program, but I see this policy as being detrimental to me and could definitely be a deal-breaker.

Hey all,
I'm still learning new stuff about the game while building my first 2 Combat Patrols.
I have a Q for all of you, relate with our big guns. In addition to the 2 CPs I also have 2 Ballistus Dread to pop up enemy tanks/big creatures.
Regardless of that, I'm seeing some lists where some of the below are added, and i would like to understand the differences between Devastators, Eradicators and Hellblaster. Basically I'm which scenarios each one of them are useful or vs which units they should be used.

I saw a diagram of the Trinity that said “the Son is God, but the Son is not the Father, the Father is God, but the Father is not the Spirit, the Spirit is God, but the Spirit isn’t the Son, but they’re all God.”
Let me make this crystal clear: I believe Jesus is God. But I don’t see how He’s not the Father. Yes He submitted to God the Father, but this was in His human nature.
Isaiah 9:6 AMP “For to us a Child shall be born, to us a Son shall be given; And the government shall be upon His shoulder, And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. [Is 25:1; 40:9-11; Matt 28:18; Luke 2:11]”
Isaiah 40:3 AMP “¶A voice of one is calling out, “Clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness [remove the obstacles]; Make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God. [Mark 1:3]”
John 14:7 AMP “If you had [really] known Me, you would also have known My Father. From now on you know Him, and have seen Him.””
John 14:9 AMP “Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you for so long a time, and you do not know Me yet, Philip, nor recognize clearly who I am? Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father?’”

But wait, if God the Father is addressing God the Son in Isaiah 42:5-6 as the messiah, and God the Father created the heavens and the earth… then the Father is the Son!
Hebrews 1:8, 10 AMP “But about the Son [the Father says to Him], “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, And the scepter of [absolute] righteousness is the scepter of His kingdom. And, “You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, And the heavens are the works of Your hands;”
So then why does Jesus pray to God the Father if He is the Father? It’s because He became the Son through His human nature!
** Hebrews 1:5 AMP** “For to which of the angels did the Father ever say, “You are My Son, Today I have begotten (fathered) You [established You as a Son, with kingly dignity]”? And again [did He ever say to the angels], “I shall be a Father to Him And He shall be a Son to Me”? [2 Sam 7:14; Ps 2:7]”
With all this in mind, I hold to the belief that Jesus is Lord, and that the trinity isn’t necessarily false, but that the “is not” branches of the Trinity diagram is heresy.

I've been through a rough breakup with someone I really liked and had too much potential. Also, I crashed my car, and I'm struggling a bit.
I was anxious and then got depressed; I ignored any messages I received lately. Many friends appeared surprised at my place today; they started offering support and cleaning my house, helping me feel better. They said many good things about me that made me cry. I was putting myself down, and they remembered how I was and how I was seen by all of them.
They even brought some gifts, a picture of me and my car, and some candies. I love them so much.
My message is: cultivate your friends, be nice to them, and help them. One day, no matter how you feel, anxious or depressed, friends are going to come to rescue you just because they feel you aren't right.
I'm still heartbroken, I'm still depressed, but they did it again; they saved me. I'm gifted to have such great friends.

I like quite a lot of prog stuff but I think it is a super overrated genre. Music websites like rym constantly praise pink floyd and king crimson and yes like they're the second coming of Jesus. I feel like 80% of prog fans listen to it to feel smart and better than everyone else. I get why some people like it but for me the praise is just way too overblown and it's just a super nerdy and pretentious genre of music. Not trying to hate I've just felt this way for so long wanted to see if anyone agrees. Can't wait for my post to get deleted by the mods like last time when I made a post about the Eagles lol. Apparently hot takes aren't allowed on reddit.

Hello! So, WB3 caught my attention recently and I wanted to ask you guys what tips/advise do you have for newbies :)
I have been playing RTS games since childhood so my questions are more of the kind of "should I stick with human/'normal' factions for my first few games?" and "should I play Warlords 1-4 and Warlords Battlecry 1+2 to understand WB3 mechanics and/or lore?".
Oh also: I know there is a mod, Protectors of Etheria, that improves things a lot. I'm curious if I should play that instead. I rather give the base game a chance before adding modifications, but I know there are some games with mods that really enhance the experience while adding very few things and people often recommend playing those instead.
