I'm using nova launcher and have the infinite scroll active, but when it reaches the last screen instead of pasing to the first page like normal (1-2-3-4-1) it returns backwards pasing through all previous one super fast(1-2-3-4-321).
Is there anyway to make the infinite scroll work properly?

Hi everyone,
I keep running into some confusion about naming conventions here. Specifically, what exactly counts as Nottingham, and what doesn't?
I consider myself as living in Nottingham, but in the district of Beeston. Yet, it appears that most people I've come across (eg in Beeston) think of themselves as living in Beeston, rather than in "Nottingham", as if Beeston is a distinct entity from Nottingham.
I also notice this same trend on the Nottingham subreddit, when someone asks for restaurant recommendation, and someone will say something like "Not quite in Nottingham, but there's a lovely place in Stapleford...". Utterly perplexing to me. I would understand this answer if someone asked specifically for restaurants in Nottingham city centre, but surely Stapleford should be included in "Nottingham"?
I'm just really confused why these areas are treated as such separate parts, rather than just different districts of the same city? Especially since there are urban public transport systems like the tram and double decker buses connecting them, rather than just being connected by mainline trains.
Can someone shed some light on this? Is this a UK thing, or is this a Nottingham thing, or am I just imagining things?

I almost finalised the proposal and ready to collect the data in coming weeks. However, while doing a deep literature search, I found a PhD dissertation similar to my thesis research area and questions.
Now, If I start everything from scratch for my thesis proposal, I would definitely miss my deadlines for thesis data collection and submission.
My thesis will address organisation in rural parts and policies, the previous PhD dissertation answers some of the research questions I had. I am planning to do qualitative data collection and analysis.
I don't know what to do now, I am confused and struck now.

I have owned an Iphone 13, 14 and 15 pro max for years, and dont get me wrong theyre good and responsive.
Though, compared to a Samsung 24 Ultra, there is no reason to choose Apple over Samsung.
Lets get to the point.
Over the years of using iphone, there has not been a time where I have not lost my shit for the following
Transferring photos from ios to window pc.
- Dont have a legit apple charger? Good luck transferring.
- Dont have a mac or another apple product to transfer to? Good luck transferring.
- Dont have icloud storage and cant spend $3 monthly or whatever the cost is? Good luck transferring
- Dont have icloud and HOURS on end to backup your phone? Good luck transferring.
- Are you sitting at a percentage of 81% of battery health?
- Do you use your phone very frequently at work whilst not having access to chargers?
- Solution? Go to Apple and get it replaced.
- Step 1: Go to Apple and request to change your battery due to 81% battery life.
- Step 2: Wait a whole hour coz its always busy, and finally see technician.
- Step 3: Get told byu technician that they cannot change your battery because it has not yet reached 80% or lower.
- Step 4: Tell them you require it to be replaced, and need it at 90% plus becuase you really need to use your phone frequently.
- Step 5: Go back home with 81% battery.
- conclusion? piece of shit.
- Nice try! Forget it!
- Not on apple store? forget it.
- Nice try! Forget it! Wait for Iphone 99!
- We will catch up to samsung by then!
- Nice try! Just wait!
- Each new iphone release will have an extra 1 x Zoom!!!
