I live in Bindapur, Uttam Nagar which comes under South West Delhi. Yesterday, I was delivering some food to my father's colleague. Their house is somewhat 20 meters straight away from my house. In the same path, there is a small hill of sand around a small house, since construction is going on. This small hill will be a crucial point in this incident so remember this.
What happens is that when I was going on the path , a boy somewhat 15 years of age jumps from the balcony of the same house and using the hill of sand safely jumps on the ground. Apart from me there were two witnesses. I assumed that the boy maybe was a member of that same house so I didn't think much about this. After delivering the food, when I was returning to my home, I hear a cry of a girl from that same house "Someone stole my mobile phone!". I stopped for a moment and listened, "That Boy stole my phone" after hearing that I was dumbstruck.
That boy jumping into the hill of sand was a thief. The girl's mother is questioning me and the other two witnessess. She is also strucked since how did that boy reached inside the house and stole the mobile phone since the front gate was close.
What is most astonishing is that we live in so called DDA Flats, sort of semi posh area in Bindapur. We have guards in every main gate of our block.
What the actual fuck is going on? Every month the RWA members come to take fees for security, and we get this sort of treatment , that too in DDA? Now imagine the scale of things happening in kaccha Colonies etc.
I was already fed up with the public amenities in Uttam Nagar and this incident of security is like ghee in fire. South West Delhi is a hell hole.

Fala galera! seguinte estou uma teoria aqui na minha cabeça e não sei se é uma boa ou não. Tentei colocar esse post no u/investimentos também, mas não consegui por conta do meus Karmas. Atualmente eu tenho um emprestimo que fiz para financiar meu carro. O valor do contrato para quitar é R$ 70.764,42 porém se eu nao quitar e ficar pagando parcela por parcela no final das contas vou pagar R$ 99.358,00. Acontece que se eu pagar as ultimas parcelas isso cairia bastante, pelas contas que fiz aqui o valor total que iria pagar seria de R$ 78.152,61 ao longo de 24 meses um desconto de R$ 21.205,39. Ai minha teoria seria ao inves de pagar as ultimas parcelas mes a mes, eu iria investir o dinheiro em bitcoin, então ao longo de 24 meses eu teria investido mais ou menos R$ 29.530,61 em btc.

I've only been on Reddit for a month but I get the feeling that most communities find tourists extremely annoying and would love to get rid of them forever. I do understand that tourism has its downsides, but I've seen so much hate towards tourists in some of the local subs that I start to feel pretty bad about travelling, even though I try to be as invisible and considerate as possible.

I had only tried the original buldak which was way too spicy for me, I could not use the whole sauce packet. I recently tried the Carbonara flavor and I LOVED it. However, I wish it was a tad less spicy then it would be perfect for me, and I know I can use less of the sauce packet but that makes it lack flavor.
Is there a flavor less spicy than carbonara? I heard that’s the least spicy one?

I'm playing Half Life-Alyx pcvr and I have the subtitles in Czech on. It's a great game, but I can't see the picture when reading the subtitles. Isn't there some way to have the computers read the subtitles in real time? It would improve the immersion of the game a lot. Does anyone have a working solution?

I've been noticing a surge of so-called 'Alpha' groups on Telgram and X, where they promise big returns. One of these groups releases a meme at a specific time each day to pump it, but if you're even two minutes late, you miss out on the chance to catch the price action. However, I've observed that most of their memes turn out to be rug pulls, often within minutes. These groups don't allow any comments, and even reactions through emojis are restricted.
To protect other investors, I'm considering creating a community dedicated to blacklisting these groups and the influencers behind them on X and other social media platforms.
