Vi har et gammelt badeværelse i kælderen på vores hus, som mere eller mindre bare er et afløb midt i et betongulv, og en bruser ved den ene væg. På gulvet kan man se at der ligger flere generationer af maling, hvor de tidligere ejere har været for dovne til at fjerne ting før de malede på nye.
I selve bad-afdelingen er der en form for plastik- eller gummi-maling, som det ligner at de har skåret til med kniv i kanterne. Den er nu begyndt at krakelere lidt, så det vil vi gerne gøre noget ved.
Det var oprindelig planen at vi ville gå igang med at bryde det hele ned og få etableret et rigtigt badeværelse her til foråret, men der er sket forskellige ting som har sat den plan på pause i hvert fald i et år mere.
I mellemtiden, hvad ville være den bedste løsning som ikke koster for meget, som kan undgå en vandskade og måske er lidt pænere end den kaos-løsning vi lever med nu?
Ville det for eksempel være muligt at skrabe og slibe de gamle lag maling, lægge ud et vådrumsmembran i de dele som rammes af bruseren, spartle det membran, og så efterfølgende male over hele gulvet i én farve?
Eller er der andre muligheder for at løse det?
