I had an mri and an xray done a while ago and I was wondering if any of the findings could be a cause for my hard flaccid. I have been struggling with this and bad anxiety for like 5 years. Please see below:
Mild exaggeration of the thoracic kyphosis with findings suspicious for Scheuermann's disease. MR is recommended as clinically indicated. No bony abnormality of the lumbar spine
Thoracic spine: There are 12 thoracic vertebral bodies. There is no paraspinal widening. There is thoracic kyphosis 47 degrees from T3 to T10. There is minimal anterior wedging T6 and T7. Mild disc space narrowing T 67, T7-T8 and T8-T9 levels. Vertebral height is otherwise well-maintained. No bony erosive process. No acute fracture or dislocation.
Lumbar spine: There are 5 lumbar vertebral bodies which are normally aligned. Vertebral height and disc spaces are well-maintained. No fracture or dislocation. No spondylolysis or listhesis. No bony erosive process.
Mild mid thoracic kyphosis, without subluxation. Mild dextroconvex rotoscoliosis. Vertebral body heights are intact. Small multilevel degenerative Schmorl's nodes are seen from T7 through T12. Bone marrow signal is heterogeneous but within normal limits. The intervertebral discs show multilevel desiccation in the mid lower thoracic levels, without definitive loss of disc height. The visualized spinal cord is normal in caliber and signal, allowing for mild respiratory motion artifact. C7/T1, T1/T2, T2/T3, T3/T4, T4/T5, T6/T7, T7/T8, T8/T9, T9/T10, T10/T11, T11/T12, T12/L1: Normal T5/T6: Small central disc protrusion. No stenoses.

Hi, been lurking for a while and first time posting.
Looking for inputs on how to best optimize my CC lineup. Right now I have BDO Gold UnionPay - given by BDO after our company changed to them for payroll. UB Platinum Cashback - the black one with local lounge access. Security Bank Gold MC - I applied for Platinum MC but got this instead, planning to have this upgraded once I reach 1 yr. Metrobank Rewards+ Visa - oldest card I have but going to give it up after my fraudulent txn dispute concludes.
Explainers for the cards I have:
MB Rewards+ Visa - I forgot what card inapplyan ko dito but this is what I got.
UB Platinum Cashback - has local lounge access. I travel to PPS frequently so it's a nice to have. Only reason why I got it.
SB Gold MC - applied for a SB Platinum MC to replace the UB Platinum Cashback since mas flexible and mas valuable to me ang rewards offered by the SB Plat MC vs the cashback ni UB Plat MC.
BDO Gold UnionPay - received this without applying for it. Only using it now for the free 3yrs AF and since it functions as a replacement for financial statements for some Visa requirements.
Now I'm looking to streamline my lineup. I've found myself travelling more frequently recently, both domestic and international. So here's what I'm planning to do:
1) Give up the MBC Rewards+. Ever since I got the card 2020, I've had a fraudulent transaction come up at least once every year. never had this issue with my UB (acquired 2022) and so far has not happened with my BDO and SB cards. I'm also tired of having to request CLI with Metrobank and being denied (UB gives me a modest CLI every year in comparison, unrequested).
2) Upgrade the SB Gold MC to Plat MC and give up the UB Plat. SB Plat MC has local lounge access and the ability to convert points to Miles.
After 1 and 2 I'll have two (2) cards - BDO Gold UnionPay (3yrs AF waived, we'll see how it goes after year 3), and SB Plat MC for local lounge access.
Now I need help in choosing my third card. This one will be used exclusively for booking flights and hotels/accommodation, unless there's a promo that I can take advantage of. I only fly PAL both domestically and internationally (as long as PAL services that route). I've applied for PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Platinum MC for the 17:1 ratio. I'm also considering the MBC Travel Platinum Visa, but for some reason I can't apply for it online? Chinabank Destinations World and the UB Miles+ Visa Signature (see a LOT of it in this group) are also other options I'm considering, but I'm not really sure which is "better".
One other card that I don't see discussed a lot is the UB Miles+ Platinum Visa. Looking at PAL's conversion table it looks like this one acquires miles faster than UB Miles+ Visa Sig? Please correct me if I'm wrong. The UB Miles+ Plat Visa also has local lounge access which will allow me to also give up the SB Plat MC.
Preferably this third card be a Visa card since sometimes may Visa-exclusive vouchers on Lazada.

Issue: I got a download of users from my learning management system showing compliance of 4 unique courses (columns labeled SA, MA, etc.)
The issue is that leadership wants no duplicates so someone like Aaron Taylor should show as only one row and display that he has completed all 4 courses. I have 0 clue where to begin and have 9,000 rows to format. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don’t even know what functions or formulas I’d even search for.
