I was having issues the other day trying to check out as the system erroneously said I already had tickets for that passport number. Today I noticed it had emptied my cart and I couldn't even get that far. I am in constant pain. I try so hard not to think about it all day since I have two little boys to take care of, but holy shit at the end of the day I am in tears because of how badly I hurt. Is there a reason for this? Just MS? My spasicity? I feel it in my muscles, my bones. The rest is my neuropathy, the buzzing and burning in my feet and hands. I’m only 31. Is it going to just get worse from here? Is this the rest of my life? Hurting? And yes I’m on 120mg/day of duloxitene for chronic pain, 300 mg/ day of Lyrica for nerve pain, and 30-40 mg/day for baclofen for the spasms. I also partake in medicinal marijuana nightly to help me sleep. Idk I’m just tired and y’all are the only ones who can really get it.

tmi warning, baby poop pictures Hey there, My preemie is about 42 weeks going into 43 weeks corrected gestional age and 2 months and a little over 2 weeks old. He started out on neosure from nicu discharge but progressively got more gassy, fussy, struggled with constipation, and had some occasional spit up through the day, abandoned then occasional nasal regurgitation before his bowels began to alternate, and he began back arching more and more and fighting burping, kicking during feeds, etc. From there, his pediatrician has us try gas drops but they constipated him, probiotic drops helped for 4 days then stopped, and then we did an x ray and found bowel gas and moderate poop in the colon after diarrhea once and then constipation right after. Pediatrician suspected cow milk protein allergy so we switched to alimentum. For 3 to 4 days, his burping got better, poops were really wattery but no discomfort. Then it did a complete 180 by the weekend. He began to have back to back fully wattery brown stools blowouts repeatedly, developed diaper rash, began to spit up every other feeding, for the first time ever has wet farts with poop stains repratedlt too, and had nasal regurgitation multiple times between feeds, crying when farting again, arching back, barely burping, and then he began to refuse his feeds or smack the bottle out of his mouth with his hands but acted incrediably hungry and wanting to Bob at my chest while refusing the bottle. We went back to the pediatricians office right after 3 days of this fussing and once he began refusing feeds. They diagnosed him with gerd with esophagitis without hemmorage and formula intolerance to alimentum and then just yesterday switched him to nutrimigen and prescribed pepcid. From the switch, immediately his poops got really weird but then seemed like they were getting better but now he has these dark spots showing and his poops has this mucus its never had before nurtimigen seeming to show and went from normal nitrimigen poops to this very dried out and different colors present poop with dark pieces. He's also increased in spit up and nasal regurgitation immensely in under 2 full days of nutrimigen even further from the alimentum to spitting up 3 to 4 times each feed, reflux between feeds, nasal regurgitation, is still arching his back, and has become unconsolable for an hr and a half after feeds curling up, kicking, crying, biking his head like he's hungry, and repeatedly spitting up. He just started the pepcid tonight due to the pharmacy having to order it and so far this last feed hasn't spit up yet, but I'm holding my breath but I'm majorly concerned by the changes seeming almost ten times worse since him starting hypoallergenic formula and honestly by how the poops are going. However, now we've been cautioned despite him showing more hunger and taking even on the neosure a higher amount of mls to lower his mls but he is also now inconsolable about this and hungry more often. For you guys, was these types of poops normal? Specifically the last picture especially? The first picture is his first poop on nutrimigen, second is the second, and the third through 5th picturs are the ones I'm super concerned about and has happened twice just like this with him crying after farting and thus happening. The dark pieces and different colors concern me as well as the mucus as he's never once had mucus in his poop till now. I feel like I'm at my wits end watching my baby be in pain and uncomfortable and honestly am beginning to beat myself up for agreeing to switch his formula as it almost feels like hes taken a turn even further worse and like he needs a thicker formula and I'm honestly not sure if he truly has a cows milk protein allergy or just was getting too much iron and protein with neosure concentrated to 24 calories causing the constipation and issues with bowels and gas.

Last week my kid mentioned a book he really wanted to read. We checked the library, but there was only one copy & it had holds. So I started searching using my phone, discovered a bunch of paperback versions on Amazon but he wanted hardcover & those were over $300 on Amazon. Found an affordable hardcover on ebay for $40 and ordered it. Saturday I get an Amazon package. It's the soft cover edition of this book. I checked, I did not order it. It's got a "gift" receipt, no name, the seller is in a town not too far from me, in a private home, kind of weird. Here's the thing, we didn't tell anyone outside our household of 4 about this book. Just the search engine. My husband & I are, frankly, creeped out. It doesn't feel like "brushing" but it could be? The chat bot couldn't help me. I'm already thinking of dropping Prime, this is just another nail in that coffin.

I think there is a reason directors can't cut trailers. I hate giving away all the best parts of the film away. But I can also see that it is a marketing tool, so who is right?
I've personally always like Kubrick's trailer for The Shinning--its just one long shot of the elevator opening and blood pouring out.
